I am the CEO for Red Tape Advisors, the premier, third-party billing management platform designed specifically for skilled nursing agencies to tackle the most prevalent difficulties in the revenue cycle. Utilizing an "outside-in" approach, we aim to accept all patients and tackle the challenges of the most complex payers head-on, maintaining elite collection percentages under a high degree of difficulty. We believe in transparent communication and making our service feel like an inhouse operation; one that is geared towards the same goals as the nursing homeowners, ending in one hundred percent bed fulfillment and reimbursement.
I started as a financial tracker who resolved payment issues, but my work flowed to all areas of the revenue cycle and I became well-rounded. I oversaw billers and business managers and graduated to developing processes and setting up my own team to create a springboard for greater success. I started "Red Tape Advisors" to work outside the bounds of rigidity and form out-of-the-box solutions to the most common healthcare-billing issues.
