Albert C. Black

Mr. Black founded On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. ("On-Target"), a regional logistics management firm that provides outsourced services to a diverse set of companies. As Chairman of the Company, his primary responsibility is to oversee the executive management and strategy for On-Target and its affiliate companies TreCo Investments and READYTOWORK®, a workforce training and development company. Mr. Black's professional and civic experience includes serving in leadership positions with a diverse set of business, civic and education institutions. Mr. Black is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Baylor Health Care System. Mr. Black also serves as the inaugural chairman of the Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center Board. He is also a sponsoring trustee of the BHCS Diabetes Health and Wellness Institute. Mr. Black has served as Dallas Regional Chamber Board Chairman, PrimeSource Board Chairman, and the Dallas Housing Authority Board Chairman. Mr. Black's college and university board experience include St. Louis University Board of Trustees, Baylor University Regent, Texas Southern University Regent, and Paul Quinn College Regent. Mr. Black received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and earned an MBA from the School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Barry Burgdorf

Mr. Burgdorf is a partner at Hogan Lovells and has a multifaceted corporate practice in life sciences/biotech, healthcare, IT, software, and other technology markets as well as servicing clients in the higher education industry. As Vice-Chancellor and General Counsel of the University of Texas System for 9 years, Burgdorf regularly led its interactions with the federal government and oversaw areas that included legal, real estate, IT security, and technology transfer while serving as a member of UTS's executive leadership team. He has been general counsel, outside counsel, and a c-level leader for both a life sciences and biotech venture capital fund and has served on numerous governing and advisory boards of technology and life sciences companies. Cindy M. Matula

Ms. Matula is an experienced financial industry executive and trusted advisor to C-level executives and Founders stemming from her 33-year career at J.P. Morgan Chase where she served in numerous leadership roles, ultimately serving as the Managing Director and Region Head of Central Texas Middle Market Banking in addition to Chairman of Austin Market Leadership. Throughout her career, Ms. Matula served on numerous civic, not-for-profit and private school boards. She currently is a member of Austin Area Research Organization, Finance and Risk Committee of Austin Transportation Partnership and Advisory Board of Great Springs Project, Inc. Recognition she received includes Austin Business Journal's Profile in Power and Distinguished Alumna of the year Texas Exes in Human Ecology. Ms. Matula is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles & Clothing-Fashion Design and a Master of Business Administration.

Dr. Stephen Klasson

Dr. Klasson practices at Harbin Clinic, where he has been a Board Certified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon for 29 years. Dr. Klasson is a practicing orthopedic hand surgeon in Rome, Georgia. During his career, he has held several physician and business leadership roles, including Director on the boards of Harbin Clinic, Heritage First Bancshare, Surgery Center of Rome, and Harbin Properties. Since 1996, Dr. Klasson has been a member of both the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He holds a BA degree in History from Duke University and an MD from Vanderbilt University. Klasson is an investor in multiple privately-held manufacturing, professional services, and finance companies. He is also president of Health Creek Farm, LLC.

Harry Bushong

Robert Campbell
