Jonathan qualified in 2000 from Kings College London passing his BDS qualification with distinction.
Following graduation, he worked in general dental practice, then undertook general professional training in South Wales working in the Community and Hospital Dental Service. He then continued working in the Hospital Dental Services in Cardiff and Dundee. During his General Professional Training he obtained his MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
In 2004, Jonathan commenced Specialist Registrar training in Dental & Maxillofacial Radiology at Guy's Hospital. This included rotations to the Royal London Hospital, Eastman Dental Hospital, Kings College Hospital and East Grinstead Hospital. At the same time as Registrar training Jonathan completed an MSc in Dental & Maxillofacial Radiology which he passed in 2007 with Distinction.Jonathan obtained his Diploma in Dental Radiology from the Royal College of Radiologists in 2008.
In 2013 he was awarded FDS RCS by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Jonathan has presented scientific works at both international and national conferences and has published papers on the use of Cone Beam CT in dentistry. He is regularly involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education in Dental Radiology, where he is also an examiner for the Diploma in Dental & Maxillofacial Radiology for the Royal College of Radiologists.
Jonathan has worked in as a Consultant in Dental & Maxillofacial Radiology since 2009, he is currently working as a Consultant in Dental & Maxillofacial Radiology at Guy's Hospital, London.

Karun, as well as being a co-founder of RESTORE, works as a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at the Birmingham Dental Hospital. In addition, he is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer in Restorative at the University of Birmingham. After graduating with distinction from Manipal Academy, India, Karun worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery whilst completing his American National Dental Boards. On returning to the U.K, he completed an MSc in Prosthetic Dentistry from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. He then completed his Consultant Training in Restorative Dentistry at the Birmingham Dental Hospital
Karun has extensive experience in the treatment of complex restorative cases including management of tooth wear and the failing dentition. He has treated many advanced Prosthodontic cases requiring occlusal rehabilitation with fixed or removable prosthesis of partially and edentulous patients with or without dental implants rehabilitation. Karun has a keen interest in management of failed root canal treatment and provision of Endodontic treatment of teeth with complex anatomy with both orthograde and surgical approach. His specialisation in all the sub-specialties of Restorative Dentistry, places him in a strong position to deal with patients that require complex Restorative-Endodontic and Restorative-Periodontology treatments. Karun has further advanced his clinical skills in Dental Implantology, in particular cases requiring significant multidisciplinary input such as dental trauma and hypodontia, using various hard and soft tissues augmentation techniques.
Good clinical leadership, focusing on patient care and achieving clinical excellence are all priorities for Karun. He aspires to improve confidence and aesthetics for patients who are referred to RESTORE. He believes strongly that every patient should be able to make an informed decision, knowing his or her options and limitations of treatment, before embarking on treatment.
Karun has published and lectured nationally and internationally and has refereed papers in several peer-reviewed journals. Karun teaches Undergraduate dental students at the School of Dentistry in Birmingham and is a Clinical Postgraduate Trainer for Speciality Trainees. Karun has won multiple awards throughout his career and was previous Chairperson of the Specialist Registrar Restorative group [SRRDG]. He is the current Chair of the Managed Clinical Network in Restorative Dentistry of the West Midlands region.
Karun is a member and examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is affiliated with the British Society of Restorative Dentistry, the British Society of Prosthodontics, the British Society of Endodontics, the British Society of Periodontology, Restorative Dentistry UK.
In his spare time, he plays Cricket, Badminton, Tennis and Squash. He loves spending quality time and travelling with his daughter.

Kassandra Dove is a registered dental nurse who works within BCHCFT in both hospital and community clinics, providing specialised patient care in a variety of settings. Kassandra has a real love for dentistry and strives to deliver exceptional patient care.
She trained at Birmingham Dental Hospital and qualified in 2014, during which she was awarded trainee nurse of the year. Since then she has supported many trainee orthodontic registrar's, trainee consultants and consultants and is currently supporting the Professor of Orthodontics in his clinical, teaching and research roles.In 2015 she completed her impression taking competencies and supports the clinic with the use of this post qualification.
Kassandra is a certified Orthodontic nurse, this qualification was awarded by the NEBDN in September 2019. She is also a mentor to the apprentice dental nurses and supports them throughout their clinical activity, providing inductions, teaching sessions and feedback reports.

Rajan is co-founder of RESTORE. He is a GDC registered Specialist in Periodontics with well-established referral networks across the Midlands, dedicating his practice exclusively to Periodontics and Implantology. Rajan has extensive experience working in multidisciplinary teams in specialist practice and focuses his energy in providing his patients with the highest standard of care and predictability for optimum results.
A graduate of Guys, Kings and St.Thomas' Dental Institute, King's College, London. He qualified with honours and distinction in the ‘Practice of Clinical Dentistry' and a Merit in Oral Disease.Rajanlater returned to successfully complete the well-regarded 4-year higher specialist training programme in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at King's Dental Institute at Guys Hospital London, one of only a few recognised centres for specialist training in periodontics in the U.K.This rigorous training culminated in his award of Master of Clinical Dentistry in Periodontology with King's College London and Membership in Restorative Dentistry (Periodontology) at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He has a strong commitment to postgraduate training and education, and in recognition of this and years of service he has been awarded an Honorary Lectureshipat the Faculty of Dental Surgery of The Royal College of Surgeons, England.
Rajan is the current President (2022) of The British Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. He has served on the council of the British Society of Periodontology and the Scientific Affairs committee of the European Federation of Periodontology. He was the U.K. flag bearer at the EuroPerio8 congress held in London (2015). This was one of his greatest honours as the multinational event is one of the largest dental congresses in the world. Rajan was also the inaugural chairman of the young specialists' branch of the British Society of Periodontology called the ECG. He is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology and their East Midlands Representative. Rajan is also a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and as an educator for them has provided surgical workshops on soft tissue grafting around dental implants.
Rajan is passionate about all aspects of periodontal disease and defect management.He provides a comprehensive range of non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatments for the management of a range of periodontal disease and peri-implant disease, especially periodontitis and peri-implantitis., in line with his core principles of evidence-based care. Rajan's extensive periodontal, surgical and restorative experience allows him to provide an array of dental implant treatments with the ability to provide the necessary hard and soft tissue grafting and tissue regeneration to achieve the best outcome for his patients. He prides himself on the trust placed on him by his referring practitioners and being in the fortunate position of working within such skilful multidisciplinary specialist teams.
Outside dentistry, being a family man, Rajan loves nothing more than to spend quality time at home in Leicester or away with his supportive wife and two beautiful young daughters.
