We strive to give back to the environment whenever and wherever we can... The earliest recorded inklings of Rough Sketch started back in 2017 as a ridiculous idea: Carp Burger. Cole, the founder, wanted to solve a carp infestation of a lake in his hometown. Though young and inexperienced, he went to work researching the problem to the best of his abilities. He found that early settlers had introduced the carp to feed the poor pioneers coming into Utah, and the idea was formed. If the carp was originally a food source, why couldn't it still be? Just one problem remained: due to the stigma of the lake, locals wouldn't dare eat carp from it. So, ground carp meat was the obvious solution and Carp Burger would charge a..
