Becky Stones - Managing Director

Becky has recently retired from Investment Banking after 25 years working at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. Most of those years, Becky was a Managing Director leading large Risk and Control groups where she was a member of many of the Executive Committees and Risk Management Committees. Becky was recognised in 2017 by "Woman of the Year" as one of the UK's top achieving women. She is also a Chartered Accountant. Becky's two life-long passions have been the welfare and protection of animals, Show Jumping and Eventing. She has owned ponies, followed by horses, all her life and has enjoyed considerable success buying Show Jumping youngsters and producing them to world class standard. Becky's most successful horses to date have been Peppermill, ridden by John Whitaker, MBE and British Equestrian Olympian, and Hello Forever (sold turning 9 years old), ridden by Scot Brash, MBE and Olympic Gold Medalist. Both horses were top world ranked where Peppermill won the Best Nations Cup Horse for team GB. Becky has recently set up Ridgeway Farm Stud with her husband Toby Duthie. She project managed the design and build of the new Stud over three years, paying the closest attention to every detail. Her vision is to build, with Peter Moloney and Duncan Inglis, a leading, boutique Stud which produces future championship horses to gain top world ranking and to become the first choice of Stud for our clients. Becky is keen to differentiate the Stud by buying some of the very best young horses in Europe, producing them to the highest standard leveraging all of Peter's and Duncan's skills and managing the wellness of the horses using world leading protocols, to support the best performance with no compromises at any time. Additionally, the Stud seeks to build the highest reputation of trust and transparency for its clients living up to the Stud's brand of "Excellence in All that We do".

Caroline Harris

29 year old, Caroline Harris, has been based, for the past few seasons, with Australian Olympic medallist, Sam Griffiths, on the Somerset/Dorset border and has already achieved notable successes, bringing young horses up through the eventing ranks and achieving highly consistent results up to 3 star international level. In 2019 and 2018 Caroline recorded some excellent results. The 2019 season has concluded with a 7th Place in the CIC4* for 8 and 9 year old Horses at Blenheim Horse trials. In 2018 she had top 10 finishes at 4 and 3 star level at the Ballindenisk International. And, during 2017 she was busy producing several young horses who progressed very successfully from BE100 to Novice, to 1 and 2 star level. Aboard her own Billy Bumble (purchased from the Billy Stud as a 4 year old), Caroline was never out of the top 10 in international events in 2016 - which included a third in Bicton's CIC2* and 7th in Blenheim's 8/9 year old CIC3*. Her potential has been recognised by The British Equestrian Federation, having twice been selected for the now redundant World Class Equine Pathway Programme.

Duncan Inglis

Duncan has been involved in the showjumping industry for over 35 years. During this time he has built a solid reputation across the UK and Europe for identifying, purchasing and producing top quality show jumpers which have gone on to compete at the highest level. Duncan has competed at championship level throughout his career, from being National Junior Champion and European Young Rider Gold medal winner to representing Great Britain (GB) at senior level on Nations Cup teams on numerous occasions. He is an experienced coach and has trained British and overseas riders and horses, from pony to senior championships. Also in 2009 Duncan was appointed a Selector for the GB Senior Team that represented GB throughout the year at Nations Cup Championships and the 2009 European Championships, which were held at Windsor. He is highly respected within the industry as one of showjumping's finest horseman with a proven ability to recognise a quality horse with potential.

Richard Davidson

Richard is a four-time Olympian and European medalist and has been at the forefront of the international equestrian world for almost four decades. As well as being among the world's most experienced international riders he is in demand for his many other diverse and wide ranging skills and knowledge. As well as competing in the 2012 London Olympic Games Richard also finished his four-year term as the British World Class Performance Manager and former British Dressage Team Captain. He is credited for ‘masterminding the strategic plan behind Britain's most successful period of international successes' resulting in their historic Olympic and European team gold medals and World Championship medals. Richard combined this role whilst himself competing at the highest levels including the World Cup Finals and the Olympics, a feat believed to be unequalled. Aside from his own competition programme Richard's advice and coaching skills continue to be sought by some of the world's most successful dressage and show jumping riders, including World and Olympic medalists. He has been a coach to UK Sports World Class Development Show Jumping Programme for almost a decade. Together with his wife Gillian and their two sons, he has a stable of dressage and show jumping horses and is based in Staffordshire. He is now building a team of top horses and is aiming for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.

Toby Duthie - Chairman

Toby Duthie is a founding partner of Forensic Risk Alliance - a multi-jurisdictional expert in financial and electronic forensics who help companies manage risks in an increasingly regulated business climate. He has more than 20 years' experience in financial analysis, complex financial modeling, investigations and compliance reviews. Fluent in English and German, Toby has particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional investigations, anti-bribery and corruption compliance testing, and specializes in matters of government enforcement especially in the UK and US. Toby won Investigations Forensic Accountant of the Year 2018 at the Who's Who Legal ("WWL") Awards and is recognized in WWL: Thought Leaders, Global Elite and Consulting Experts as "the most articulate financial expert" and "tremendously impressive, he knows all there is to know about FCPA enforcement". He also set up the UK's first third party litigation funding company in 2002 (IM Litigation Management Limited) which pursued over 50 claims with over a 70% success rate. A graduate with honors from University College London, Toby worked as a steel trader in Hong Kong and in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank/Morgan Grenfell. Outside of his corporate career, Toby has also co owned several top show jumpers including Hello Forever with Ridgway co-owner, Managing Director/CEO Becky Stones, for four years before selling to the owners for Scot Brash to ride and rapidly become the highest ranked horse in the world. Toby oversees the investment strategy and implementation of Ridgway Stud. He attends many of the top show jumping venues for young horses and oversees the progress of Ridgway Stud's young horses.
