During the past 25 plus years, I have been employed in Executive Hospitality Senior Management, with leading international residential hotel groups/chains, both here in Australia (Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne & Port Douglas) and globally, including years spent as a General Manager in China, Middle East, Philippines and Thailand. My passion has always involved the coaching, positive counselling, mentoring and overall care of the teams I have developed and worked with. My down to earth, respectful, engaging management and communication style has enabled me to form long lasting relationships with past and present team members; that I very much cherish and respect today... I am certified with a Diploma of Counselling and I am also a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
