Prior to joining RIZE, Garrett enjoyed a decorated career as a professional football player. His career started at Fresno State in 2002, followed by seven years in the ALF, CFL and NFL where he finished with the New York Jets in 2014.
To date, Garrett has managed $10MM in Commercial Real Estate transactions and currently has $2MM in assets under management. More importantly, he is a proud husband and father to 3 kids. In his free time he enjoys lifting weights, playing golf and staying active with his kids. In addition to his role as the Acquisitions lead for RIZE Equity, he serves his California community as a FireFighter/Paramedic.
Larry Pendleton has over ten years of accounting, tax, and auditing experience as a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he brings over seven years of real estate investing experience as the Chief Financial Officer for C.P. Realty and Next Level Investments. In that role, he oversaw the accounting and finance of over 3 million dollars' worth of commercial real estate. Simultaneously, Larry founded P.C. Financial Services, LLC., which provides nationwide tax consulting and planning for real estate professionals.
Larry also has a track record of success in Internal Audits as he spent over five years as a Senior Auditor for three companies utilizing his expertise to drive cost efficiencies and grow the brands of the business he served. As the Director of RIZE's Financial Operations, his business experience in real estate, combined with his educational background of a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting, means you will be dealing with a financial professional you can trust to maximize efficiencies on every investment.

Matthew Schambeau is the Director of Project Management forRIZE Equity Group. Matthew attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He moved toAtlanta and successfully owned and operated two restaurants for nine years.Matthew spent the last eight years as the head of operations for a staffing company with $100M in annual revenues. In 2018, he found his passion for real estate investing by investing in small multifamily properties.
As the Director of Project Management for RIZE Equity, he controls, directs, and develops multiple projects at once. Matt oversees many departments, including property management and renovation, which are instrumental in executing the business strategy.
Matt enjoys helping his family and fellow investors build generational wealth through smart multifamily investments.

Sean is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force and brings 20 years of leadership and management experience to his role as RIZE's Head of Operations. In that role, he relishes the opportunity to build and manage the systems and teams needed to advance RIZE's objectives. He is deeply committed to completing tasks with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and communication.
As an Air Force officer, Sean has excelled in numerous leadership positions, culminating as a Squadron Commander. In addition to his military service, he has actively invested in real estate since 2005.
Sean is passionate about guiding others in their journey towards financial freedom and is dedicated to helping them create multi-generational wealth. However, his greatest passion is his family. Sean is a proud husband and father to 3 children.
