Saigon Vodka employs unique proprietary process of charcoal mellowing our vodka distillate, which is passed through charcoal three times. On the third and final cycle, charcoal is infused with the distillate overnight... While this process is laborious and time consuming, we believe it gives our vodka character that is not found in other vodkas around the world... We believe that non-chill filtering (NCF) our Vodka is important because it gives it a very flavorful and creamy character which you can taste the difference.
