Beth C. Rogers

Beth C. Rogers, Esq. has been an employment attorney and litigator for over 20 years. She has represented both employers and employees across a wide range of industries and issues. Beth has aggressively litigated cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, retaliation, breach of contract and disability accommodation matters. Beth graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she focused on human rights. She graduated from Rutgers University Law School, where she served as an editor for the Women's Rights Law Reporter. After law school, Beth clerked for United States District Court Judge John C. Lifland. Thereafter, she worked at the firm, Sills, Cummis, & Gross, specializing in corporate litigation. Between 1999 and 2005, Beth served as New Jersey Deputy Attorney General in the employment litigation and counseling section, honing her trial experience. She was later honored as the Deputy Attorney General in charge of representing the New Jersey Judiciary on employment issues. Since 2005, Beth has used her extensive litigation, employment law, and trial skills to represent clients throughout the United States. Beth has also given training seminars on proactive employment litigation strategies to countless employers to prevent wrongful conduct. Additionally, she has published numerous articles about employment law for attorneys and HR professionals. For more than 15 years, Beth also served as an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she taught ethics and employment law. Beth is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Michelle Jung

Labor and employment attorney Michelle Jung has more than 20 years of management and legal experience in various sectors, including utilities, environment, real estate, asset management, fashion, and education. She is the founder of the Saige Group, LLC, a consulting firm positioning employers to "think forward" when developing employee and HR strategies related to retention, recruiting, diversity, growth, and legal compliance. This firm helps clients stay innovative and agile while avoiding potential legal violations. Saige Group is known for delivering tailored services to its clients while focusing on the engagement of its employees, stakeholders, and communities. Prior to the Saige Group, Michelle held various senior leadership roles of increasing responsibilities at SUEZ North America for 13 years. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, she led the governance and strategic initiatives of the executive committee. Previously, Michelle was in charge of the internal audit division and a member of the ethics committee. Before her promotion to oversee internal audit, Michelle served as the chief negotiator responsible for the collective bargaining strategy of 24 labor agreements across North America. Before 2008, Michelle served as the Director of Labor Relations for the NYC Department of Education, DSF. Prior to this, she served as Assistant Counsel for the Waterfront Commission of NY Harbor. Michelle's dedication to social responsibility has led her to support organizations such as the YWCA, Hackensack Meridian Health, the Girl Scouts of America, United Way, the Ridgewood Performing Arts Center, and the Ridgewood Soccer Association. From 2016 - 2022, she served as a Board of Trustee for the Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation and was a former board member of the YWCA of Bergen County and the Wharton/UPenn Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership. Michelle is a graduate of St. John's University, School of Law, and has a BA in History from Barnard College, Columbia University. In 1998, she was admitted to practice law in New York State.

Neal J. Berger

Neal has been practicing law for almost four decades. His in-depth knowledge of the law and strong advocacy skills have resulted in countless successful settlements and verdicts. Judges throughout New Jersey know Neal as a passionate litigator who pays close attention to the smallest details. For more than 25 years, Neal has also served as a panelist on the Early Settlement Panel in several counties. He received his BA degree cum laude from the University of Bridgeport and was on the Law Review at Seton Hall Law School.
