R. Weiss Jewelers is a locally owned an operated jewelry store in Bernardsville, NJ. We are known for our quality jewelry and excellent service... The R Weiss Jewelers story started in 1992. That's when Phil Fuchs and I opened Phillips and Fredricks Jewelers. We were certainly a "mom and pop' type store. Our customers always could talk to the owners any time they visited. Through those thirty years, Phillips and Fredricks Jewelers grew into a store known for quality jewelry, excellent service, and, as always offering the ability to talk to an owner... The years passed and our store grew into a larger location at the Bernardsville Center. The merchandise we carried increased in quantity and style diversity. With each satisfied customer, our customer list grew and grew.
