Eric holds degrees in business and construction management, but it's his years in college athletics as a student manager and in a professional capacity that honed his skills in organization, mobilization, setting expectations, and hitting a schedule when there's no room for error. Being in a team environment taught him so much about life and success - and that it takes everybody to win. It shows in the way he operates his business today, assembling a team of experienced trade partners who bring their utmost pride to the project.
