SDCE was formed out of love for the people and a desire to develop transformational leaders globally. The tug of the Spirit came while on a training trip to Ghana West Africa during a training with Young Leaders at a University there. We were asked how they could bring transformation to the globe based on Values. This single question planted the seed for SDCE. The tug become stronger with the recollection of how imperative leadership was while on active duty in the military. With a passion to show leaders how to be the best versions of themselves and bring the same out of others, we conspired to bring coaching, transformation, and needed skills to individuals and organizations.
