Mr. Gyan has Bachelor of Management Studies from Cape Coast University and Msc. Industrial Finance and Investment to his credential. He is hard working, determined and very honest young man.
He is a Diploma graduate in Management Studies, UK-ICM (Global Professional Studies, Kumasi. Daniel also holds BS. Banking and Finance from Baptist University, Kumasi. Currently, Mr. Daniel is pursuing his Commonwealth Master in Business Administration, (CEMBA) from IDL, KNUST in Kumasi. His dedicated service ability to meet deadlines is outstanding.
He holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Christian Service University. David is also a level 2 Student of Institute of Certified Accountants (ICA). His intelligence and zeal for work is incomparable.

Mr. Edward Anti-Nyinaku is an approved and certified Board member of Subin-Akwaboso Rural Bank Plc. He was appointed as the first Board Chairman of the Bank since August, 2022.
Mr Nyinaku attended his middle school at Adukrom United Middle Boarding in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He continued to complete his college education at Samuel's Commercial College in Kumasi between 1972-1975.
After College school, Mr Nyinaku started his work carrier as Accounts Clark at the Forest Research Institute in Ghana between 1976-1980).
He then travelled to London where he pursued his educational carrier to obtain intermediate in Royal Society of Arts (RSA), London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA). He is a Fellow, The British Society of Commerce.
Between 1983-1986, Mr Nyinaku worked as External Audit Manager for Nyanbgae and Company at Monrovia, Liberia. Later, he moved to Florida in the United State to join Carpet House Incorporation as the Chief Accountant, 7/11 Department of Southland Corporation group of Companies.
Mr. Nyinaku also traveled to Italy where he stayed and worked with different companies such as Poultry Market Italia in Naples, Azi Market Italia in Perugia and Emmiji Zingaturia also in Pordone. He continued to live the rest of his life in Italy until 2002 when he finally decided to move to Ghana to enjoy his retirement with his loved family in Kumasi.

Mr. Francis Azure was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Subin-Akwaboso Rural Bank Plc in August, 2022. Prior to his appointment, he worked with Otuasekan Rural Bank Plc for about Eight years. By dint of hard work, humility and the grace of God he was elevated to the position of Branch Manager where he continued to work until his current appointment as CEO. Mr. Francis Azure is very affable, respectful, dedicated, hardworking and a result-oriented gentleman.
He holds a first degree in BA. Integrated Community Development from UDS and a second degree in Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) from KNUST. Currently, he is in level III of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB).
Mr. Azure is married with two blessed children: Delwin & Reginald. He is a Deacon and a staunch member of the Assemblies of God church.

Jacob Fosu-Kyei is currently the Director of Procurement at the Volta River Authority since April 2022. He previously held the position of Financial Accounting Manager at the Volta River Authority and was responsible for financial reporting. He holds experience in Treasury operations acquired during his position as a Senior Treasury Officer at the Volta River Authority. Additionally, he was a Senior Audit Officer from Oct 2009 to Dec 2011 at the Volta River Authority. He also worked with advertising firm Origin8 Sachi and Sachi in 2005.
Jacob Fosu-Kyei is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Tax Practitioner at the Institute of Taxation, Ghana. Jacob Fosu-Kyei holds an MBA from the University of Ghana after obtaining a BSc. Administration (Accounting Option) from the same University in 2004. He also holds an LLB from the Mountcrest University College, Kanda, Accra and an Affiliate of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana.
He possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. He is a team player, innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented.
He is married with three children, He loves reading, tennis, and football.
Mr. James Kwadwo Afram is a graduate from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) where he pursued Bachelor of Management Studies. As business minded person as he is, Mr. Afram is the owner and CEO of King 4U Company Ltd which is one of the largest hire purchase companies in the country, dealing in lots and verities of goods and items. He is also into bulk momo vendering and trades in other more businesses as well.
Mr. James Kwakwo Afram is a promoter of Subin-Akwaboso Rural Bank Plc. He is the master brain behind the history of the Bank and a majority shareholder. Without him, registration, incorporation and certification of the Bank would not have been possible even though some key personalities played a significant role in making the Bank a reality which cannot be over emphasized.
