Maria Eleftheriou joined our firm in October 2021 as a Senior Associate Lawyer.
She has over 10 years of experience in the legal field and a strong background in Corporate and Immigration Law.
After earning her law degree (LLB) from the University of Sunderland in 2011, Maria began her career at a large law firm where she gained valuable experience in corporate law, including contract negotiations and mergers and acquisitions.
Maria is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2013 and a member of the Cyprus Consumer Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Sofia Constantinou is the Director and Founder of the firm.
She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a certified Insolvency Practitioner in Cyprus. She has an (LLB) Law and LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Leicester and has extensive knowledge in Corporate law, Commercial Law, Employment law, GDPR and Compliance, International Transactions, Investments and Banking.
Sofia is an accredited Mediator and has obtained her Advance Certificate by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
Solon joined our firm in November 2021 as an Associate Lawyer.
From the beginning of his career, he has been practicing contract law, employment law, corporate and commercial law, and immigration law.
Solon is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. He graduated in Law (LLB) from the University of Nicosia in 2017 and speaks fluently in Greek and English.
