SANCTUARY INVESTMENTS

Sanctuary Investments was established in 2013 by Steve Norris and Craig Calder who first met when working together on a major regeneration scheme in East London. They provide a range of services to the property industry and the company is a vehicle to develop their own projects, generally but not exclusively in the outer London and Home Counties residential market. The company is privately financed and has developed significant relevant expertise in every aspect of residential and mixed use development. In addition to development the founders are currently advising a number of developers on complex planning and site assembly issues where they have long proven in-depth expertise.
