Currently, she is combining her 5 years of customer service with her growing knowledge of the flooring industry to provide you the best experience in finding all your remodel and flooring needs. Frank has had a hand in the remodeling industry for at least 25 years; from working as a kid with his dad's drywall business and then on to a building and restoration construction company. Frank quickly advanced from laborer to lead foreman, helping him to realize that he truly loved what he was doing. He went on to take advantage of night classes in various areas of the industry such as fire and water restoration, building codes, and chemical abatement.
During this time he became skilled in tile setting, hardwood installation, laminate and vinyl installations, as well as many different types of framing and carpentry skills. When the company decided to close its doors, he was given the opportunity to start his own company. For 10 years he and his wife, Judi, worked hard to become one of the trusted remodeling companies in the Wintergreen area.
Frank has always made it a priority, with every client, to go over the details of their project and to take care of the environment he is working in to maintain a clean and tidy work space and job site. There's nothing better than knowing you can trust your contractor with your home or vacation getaway.
Frank has been with the company for 5 years and acquired ownership along with his wife Judi on Januray 1, 2019.

Judi has been in the construction industry for 25 years. Working alongside her grandmother, dispatching for a cable installation company, she earned the respect of the installers for being efficient, knowledgeable and always ready to learn. She quickly learned to appreciate the importance of listening to the needs of the client and not only giving them what they wanted, but what they needed as well.
With her husband, Frank Cave, they started their own remodeling company and for the next 10 years continued to produce wonderful updates for their clientele with one of a kind service and design concepts; mainly at Wintergreen Resort, helping clients with design concepts for their vacation properties.
Today, Judi concentrates her time on helping her clients achieve their dream remodels and updates. It's comforting to know that someone is there to listen and give solid advice. From idea to conception, she's there the entire way, making sure your experience is worth sharing with others!
