Tara started dancing at a young age and continued on to study dance professionally. She has a Diploma in Professional Dance Studies from The College of Dance, Dublin under the direction of Joanna Banks and also from Fontys Dance Academy in The Netherlands in Dance Theatre and Performance. Tara had the opportunity to work with world renowned choreographers while at Fontys and also worked with Station Zuid a professional dance company. Tara returned to Ireland 6 years ago and began teaching and choreographing for Maureen V. Ward and The Talented Kids School and Agency based in Dublin. She has won awards for her choreography at National Dance Competitions all over Ireland with her Talented Kids dancers. Tara has also had her choreography showcased in The Gaeity Theatre, Dublin (2013), Her Majesty Theatre, West End, London, England (2014) and The Olympia Theatre, Dublin (2015). Tara loves nothing more than to pass on her knowledge to budding performers of any age and is passionate about teaching many styles of dance.
