Our mission is to give people with special needs jobs and a place to belong. When you come to Sip & Shine Cafe, you will see a smiling face ready to make you a drink. It's our goal to shine a light on our community through Sip & Shine Cafe and see every customer's day brightened!... Our cafe is located at Riverside Church, the home of Shine On Special Needs Ministries. We have specialty drinks like The Jill (White Chocolate Mocha), The Murph (Caramel Macchiato), and The Jojo (Americano). All are named after beautiful souls that Sip and Shine's owner (Dawn Rivera) taught or cared for! Dawn leads the Shine On Ministry at Riverside Church, which is what sparked this cafe idea! Which also hosts Night to Shine Victoria every February sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation... When you come to Sip Shine Cafe, you will see a smiling face ready to make you a drink. We are a local coffee shop serving Victoria, Edna, Cuero, and Goliad, Texas.
