Donna Mugavero

Donna Mugavero is an entrepreneur, a professor of Business Communication in the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University in New Brunswick and is active in community service. Donna co-founded VIA Data & Marketing Services, Inc. in 1991 and helped to grow the start-up to a multi-million dollar company that employs over thirty staff members. This background ensures that Donna is able to apply management theory in the "real world" of competition and management challenges. As the Vice President of the Board of Governors for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway and a member of the Board's Strategic Planning and Finance committees, she understands the leadership issues that confront organizations in changing economic times. She is a former long-time Board Member of the Interfaith Council for the Homeless of Union County. As a member of the Board's Executive and Development Committees, she was active in the planning and funding of the agency's many services, including the emergency shelter system, the job training programs, and the agency-owned transitional and permanent housing units. This experience helping leaders of a non-profit adds to her experience as a speaker and coach. Donna is also a charter member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO), and a member of the Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ). Donna holds a BS in Computer Science from Montclair State College and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.

Raoul Nolan has more than 15 years experience as a trainer, facilitator, consultant and coach in the areas of career management, career transition and workforce/workplace effectiveness. Raoul has assisted more than 1,500 public and private sector employees throughout the United States, Europe and Africa realize their career aspirations by helping them set appropriate expectations for their career management process, and to become more resilient as they adjust to an ever-changing world of work. He has worked with companies such as AT&T, Crompton Chemical, Conrail, Verizon, JPMorganChase, Deutsche Bank, Wyeth, Bayer among others. As a facilitator and trainer, Raoul has shown his clients how to manage or transition into new careers more effectively with his dynamic, focused and immediately useful seminars and classes. He is an inspirational and knowledgeable presenter who consistently earns superior ratings from his workshop participants. And as a consultant and coach, he assists individuals by helping them match their experience to suitably challenging positions and works with them to devise a tightly focused job search strategy. Raoul is co-founder of Shared Learning Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in workforce and workplace effectiveness. He is also a consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career transition/outplacement firm. And, in previous life, Raoul was successful Social Studies teacher at Ocean Township High School in NJ. Raoul holds an MA in Management from Central Michigan University.
