We have prepared a 30 minute webinar which goes through the details of the data sharing activities for joining SOURCE and how the Datavant software permits privacy preserving data linkages. We are happy to set up a Zoom with the appropriate clinical and administrative leads at your institution to go through logistics and answer questions about SOURCE. In addition, the SOURCE Bylaws provides additional details about the consortium including information about data governance, etc... The SOURCE team will share with a new site a script of Clarity data extraction code that facilitates extraction of 28 tables worth of data on eye care recipients seen at your institution from the time you went live on EPIC until the present. These tables contain information on demographics, structured eye exam data (visions, eye pressures, etc..), billing codes for diagnoses and therapeutic interventions, medications prescribed, surgeries performed, radiology, etc..
