Brian Tarquinio

A founding member of The WTL Group at Morgan Stanley, Brian Tarquinio has nearly two decades of experience in helping clients navigate the complexities that come from accumulating and managing wealth. Brian focuses his efforts on serving the diverse wealth management needs of affluent families and business owners. Often, this means helping business owners develop plans to realize efficiencies in their companies in order to further grow or exit with enhanced confidence of success. In the end, Brian believes that following a plan is the most advantageous way to equip any client for the extensive journey toward realizing their financial goals. A graduate of The University of Notre Dame, Brian has never stopped in his pursuit of gaining knowledge. Over his career, Brian has completed the education, experience, and examination requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC®), a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®), a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), and a Senior Portfolio Manager. In addition to his work in the office, Brian is equally dedicated to causes in the community. Brian is a Board member on the Committee for Organ Oversight and Transplantation (COOT), a Board Member of Variety the Children's Charity, a Board Member for the Little Sisters of the Poor, a Founding Board Member for the South Hills Catholic Academy (Established in 2020), a member of the Notre Dame Club of Pittsburgh, and past President and Founder of the LEADers Business Performance group. He is also a Knight of Malta, for which he serves the needs of the sick and poor. Brian actively supports charities that work toward a cure for Cancer as well as those that focus on supporting children. Brian enjoys spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephews, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.

With a practice focused on business and corporate transactions, Brian routinely acts as general outside counsel to privately-held small to mid-size businesses in varying industries. In addition to his transactional law experience, Brian spent a number of years regularly practicing complex commercial litigation before moving primarily into a more transactional-based practice. Chris McMahon

Chris McMahon graduated from Duquesne University with a BA in Economics in 1986. He also serves as the Vice Chair of the Legatus International Board of Directors as well as the Duquesne University Board of Trustees. Chris is the president of MFA Wealth an SEC registered investment advisory firm. He and his associates have been delivering concierge wealth management and planning services to families and closely held businesses for over 30 years. MFA has been fortunate to be named among the top wealth management firms in United States for each of the last 6 years. Recently Chris was named an outstanding CEO by the Pittsburgh Business Times and has been featured as an expert in many national media outlets regarding equity selection and related concerns. Chris and his wife Molly have been married for 32 years and have 5 children. Together they founded Mary's Place, a home for expectant mothers. To date Mary's Place has served over 23 moms and their children, providing a safe place to live, worship and acquire needed life skills. Additionally, Chris and Molly are members of the Board of the Little Sisters of the Poor and serve on the Friends of the Sisters of Life Committee; Chris also chairs the Investment Committee.

Emma Oros

As Curriculum Director, Ms. Oros will collaborate with SHCA's Head of School and Principal, Mrs. Harmony Stewart to enhance and strengthen the Classical Catholic Curriculum of South Hills Catholic Academy. Additionally, SHCA partners with the Institute for Catholic Liberal Education (ICLE) as a resource for curriculum development. During the summer of 2022, Ms. Oros and Mrs. Stewart both attended the ICLE national conference in Washington, D.C. During the year prior to the opening of SHCA, Ms. Oros was instrumental in her role as Academic Development Coordinator, helping to establish and develop the unique Catholic liberal arts curriculum of the school. A graduate of Gannon University, Ms. Oros holds Pennsylvania certifications in Early Childhood and Special Education. Professionally, she has a wide variety of Pre-K through Eighth Grade classroom experience, including Autism and Emotional Support, as well as English as a Second Language.

Fr. Michael Caridi

Fr. Michael Caridi holds degrees in both Systematic and Dogmatic Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. Ordained a priest in 1994, he hs served as Parochial Vicar of several parishes and Pastor of Saint Joseph Parish, Coraopolis and Saint Louise de Marillac Parish in Upper Saint Clair as well as Vice Rector of Saint Paul Seminary in Pittsburgh.

Gloria Hudock

Gloria Hudock, a founding member of the South Hills Catholic Academy, serves as the Chief Development Officer of the Academy. Originally from Monessen, PA, she was raised in the Catholic Church graduating from Monessen Catholic Schools and Mon Valley Catholic High School and has always taken an active role in parish life. Upon her graduation from Mon Valley Catholic High School, she went on to attend California University of Pennsylvania, earning her Bachelor of Science in Education. Post- baccalaureate, she accepted her first teaching position in the Monessen Catholic Schools and taught in the Monessen School District for 13 years. Gloria has served on Parish Council and the Board of Directors at Oakland Catholic High School for six years, chairing the school's capital campaign. Having benefited from Catholic education and ensuring her three children also were raised in the Catholic School system, Gloria has gained a profound understanding of the need for values-based education that not only engages the mind, but develops character and nourishes the soul. Gloria and her husband of over 30 years, Gabe, reside in Upper St. Clair and have three adult children.

Greg Weimer

Greg Weimer has been in the wealth management industry since 1986. His substantial breadth of financial knowledge led to his decision to co-found Confluence Financial Partners. Greg's career began when he joined Butcher & Singer as a financial advisor. He moved to CNL Securities Corporation in 1989 and to American Funds in 1993, where he became a senior vice president and served on the board of directors. Greg earned American Funds' Daniel C. Brown award for creativity and was a two-time winner of its Graham Holloway award, given to employees who exemplify the company's core values. He earned his business degree at the University of Pittsburgh, with concentrations in computer science and math. Additionally, Greg also holds Series 7, 24, 26, 63, and 65 professional licenses. Greg is passionate about giving back to his community. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation as well as being a member of the Finance and Investment Committee. Greg has also served as Vice-Chairman of the Washington City Mission, chairing the committee that built The Patriot House, a 22-bed shelter for homeless veterans. He and his wife Lori live in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. They enjoy spending time with their four children and three grandchildren. Their family is active members of St. Louise de Marillac Church.

He additionally serves as an executive advisor for the Future of Foods at Bedford Funds LP, a private equity fund establishing environmentally sustainable investment opportunities throughout urban areas and Fetch Rewards, a consumer Loyalty rewards platform. Valued for his strategic, practical thinking and ability to foster thoughtful dialogue, John has served on multiple boards both internally and in his community. In addition to The Academy Foundation John is on the Board of St. Vincent College. John received a BA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, and completed The Executive Program at UCLA Anderson School of Business. He and his wife Marilyn reside in Upper St. Clair, and are blessed with a son and daughter.

Keith is an active advisor and investor, working with companies to launch or significantly grow their business. He retired as a Senior Partner from Oliver Wyman, a $2 billion global management consulting firm with over 4,000 professionals worldwide, after a 30 year career. Keith led the Oliver Wyman Growth Strategy Practice, was the Pittsburgh office head, and contributed in several areas of intellectual capital development. His client work at the firm ranged from starting new businesses based on disruptive technologies to improving the revenue and profit performance of existing businesses. Over his career, Keith worked with clients to create over $10 billion of new growth. In addition to client engagements, Keith was also a leader in the development of the firm's intellectual capital in the area of innovation and growth, and was a contributor to 8 books on the topic including: How to Grow When Markets Don't, Demand, How Digital is Your Business?, and The Upside. Keith graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1984 with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. He received his Master's in Business Administration with distinction from Carnegie Mellon University in 1988. Keith and his wife, Yvonne, have been married for over 30 years and have two adult sons. Keith actively volunteers his time with charitable organizations, many focusing on Catholic education, and has served as Board Chair for Seton LaSalle Catholic High School and is on the Innovation Advisory Board at the University of Notre Dame.

Harmony Stewart has 20 years of experience in the field of primary education. She holds a master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Scranton and a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Westminster College. She attended Catholic School in Beaver, PA where she grew up. Harmony served as Principal of Saint Anne School in Castle Shannon from 2015-2020. In 2019, she was awarded the Allegheny County Intermediate Unit's Non-Public Schools Principal Award in recognition of her accomplishments in working in the non-public school sector. Harmony has vast experience in providing for students in need and is well known for serving children from diverse demographic backgrounds. Harmony and her husband, Matthew live in Mt. Paul A. Rossi, CPA/PFS, CFP, CGMA, joined the public accounting firm of Henry Rossi & Co., LLP in 1985, became a partner in 1993 and has been the firm's Managing Partner since 2003. Paul provides tax, accounting, management advisory and consulting services to private charitable foundations and a diverse group of closely- held and family-owned businesses including those who operate in the construction, commercial real estate development & manufacturing and distribution sectors. Paul also has extensive experience working with high net worth individuals on income tax planning, estate planning, charitable giving, wealth preservation and business succession planning engagements. Paul is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. William S. Stickman IV

William S. Stickman IV serves as a United States District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1979 and grew up in the Mount Washington neighborhood of the city. Bill graduated as valedictorian from Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School. He attended Duquesne University where he majored in the classics/ancient languages. He received his Bachelor of the Arts degree in 2002, summa cum laude, and was awarded the McAnulty College of Liberal Arts' General Excellence Award (valedictorian). Bill attended Duquesne University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. He graduated in 2005. Before taking the bench, Bill served as a litigation associate in the Pittsburgh offices of Reed Smith LLP. He next served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy, of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He spent the majority of his career as an associate, and later a partner, of the Pittsburgh litigation boutique firm of Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC. In practice, Bill represented a diverse array of clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States. While in practice, he was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to serve on the Pennsylvania Civil Procedural Rules Committee-a panel of lawyers and judges charged with aiding the Court in reviewing and revising Pennsylvania's unique Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court appointed him to be Chair of the Committee in 2015. He was nominated to serve on the Bench on May 13, 2019 and confirmed by the Senate on July 31, 2019. Bill is also active in legal scholarship. He is the author of a peer-reviewed publication on the ancient King's Bench Jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He has served as a frequent guest lecturer on topics relating to legal procedure and history. Bill is a supporter of Catholic education and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School and the Middle States Accreditation Committee of St. Philip School. He and his wife, Leanne, live in the Pittsburgh area and have four children.
