Elisa is a working student for project management and corporate development. As a student of business administration and management with a focus on real estate management, she can optimally combine theory and practice. From previous projects, Elisa was able to gather initial experience in connection with customers, shows a quick grasp and a high sense of responsibility. In daily business, Elisa supports the entire R3AL team with her independent way of working and can thus immerse herself in the real esta te industry with all its exciting facets.

Gaby has one-of-a-kind experience and knowledge within the German Real Estate market. With 20 years of management expertise in various setups - from Fund Managers to Asset Management platforms - she has mastered her craft. Gaby's successes span widely from e.g., the realization of a pan-European RE IT project, combining 20+ countries/partners using varying ERP solutions in one ERP database to outsourcing and steering Property Management for a + 1bn portfolio. She has furthermore supported numerous Transactions, established best-in class service charge processes and realized a fully automated PM steering concept to minimize directing
Katja is a very structured and goal-oriented project manager who accompanies you and your employees on the path of change with her empathy. With her hands-on mentality and willingness to tackle challenges, she can increase the motivation of others. She has led large (re)organizational projects in recent years and has acquired a high level of industry knowledge in a short period of time. She has taken care of property management outsourcings, multiple large-scale real estate integrations and sales, and has also acquired expert knowledge in the area of process design and re-engineering. She is an excellent moderator and coordinator, ensuring optimal collaboration in any task, no matter how complex.
