Andrea Greenberg

Andrea Greenberg is President and Chief Executive Officer of MSG Network, where she leads Sphere Entertainment Co.'s media properties, featuring two award-winning regional sports networks - MSG Network and MSG Sportsnet - along with digital properties that include MSG Network's companion streaming app, MSG GO. In this role, Ms. Greenberg is responsible for overall strategy, including identifying new initiatives that strengthen the networks' brand and represent new opportunities for growth. Over the course of her career, Ms. Greenberg has been at the forefront of the cable television and regional sports networks industry, serving in a variety of critical leadership roles at both the Madison Square Garden companies and Rainbow Media companies. She has been responsible for a myriad of high-profile, consequential business transactions, including securing significant rights and partnership agreements with professional sports teams and leagues, affiliation arrangements with major distributors, and partnership and divestiture deals. In addition, she has built and managed numerous celebrated regional sports networks, where she has continued to create cutting-edge strategies and drove the development of first-of-their-kind ventures that have helped push the industry forward. Before her role at Sphere Entertainment, Ms. Greenberg served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MSG Networks Inc., which was a standalone, public media company from September 2015 until July 2021. During this time, Ms. Greenberg continued to build on MSG Networks' pioneering history, introducing new formats and digital applications as part of the company's ongoing evolution. Ms. Greenberg started with the Madison Square Garden companies in 2008. Prior to that, she spent more than 25 years at Rainbow Media Holdings, the former Cablevision Systems Corporation programming subsidiary that was spun off in 2011 as AMC Networks Inc., last serving as President of Rainbow Media Ventures. During her time with the programming leader, Ms Greenberg served in various capacities, including strategy, management, content distribution and marketing, at several regional sports and national entertainment networks. Ms. Greenberg also played an important role in helping to develop groundbreaking new services such as Lifeskool and Sportskool, two first-of-their-kind instructional, on demand sports networks, and PVI Virtual Media, the first company to provide virtual insertion of computer-generated images into TV broadcasts (first down line). Ms. Greenberg's more than three decades of experience has been marked by innovation and excellence, and she has been recognized as one of the most respected members of the industry. Among her many honors: Multichannel News' Wonder Women award; cited as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Cable by CableWorld Magazine; recognized by YMCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders; and listed by CableFax Magazine as one of Cable's Top 100 Power Players. Ms. Greenberg serves on the board of the Garden of Dreams Foundation, a non-profit organization that works closely with all areas of Sphere Entertainment to assist young people in need. In 2007, MSG Networks and Garden of Dreams launched "MSG Classroom," an award-winning educational program to teach high school kids about the media industry. Ms. Greenberg graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in Economics.

Glenn Derry

As Executive Vice President, MSG Ventures, Glenn Derry oversees a wide range of technology initiatives across MSG Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sphere Entertainment focused on developing advanced technologies for live entertainment. MSG Ventures also supports Sphere Studios, the immersive content studio dedicated to creating multi-sensory entertainment experiences exclusively for Sphere, and the Sphere platform overall, including future Sphere venues. In this role, Mr. Derry works across the organization to deploy both new and existing technologies that enhance Sphere's live entertainment and experiential content. Mr. Derry is a technological innovator with over 30 years of industry-defining entertainment technology experience. Prior to joining Sphere Entertainment, he was with AGBO, an Academy Award winning independent film, television, and gaming studio, where he served as President of Production Technology. Prior to joining AGBO, Mr. Derry served as Vice President of Visual Effects at 20th Century Fox Studios following the acquisition of Technoprops, an R&D firm specializing in motion capture and emerging visual production technology. Mr. Derry was the founder and CEO of Technoprops, and over nearly 20 years he built the company into a force recognized for redefining creative and technical innovation in the film industry. Among Technoprops' achievements was developing a state-of-the-art head-mounted camera system widely adopted for capturing an actor's facial movements. Mr. Derry and his team received an Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Technical Achievement Award for the groundbreaking design and engineering of this system. Over the course of his tenure at Technoprops, Mr. Derry was involved in some of the most technically ambitious projects in film and video games, including Avatar, Star Wars: Rogue One, Avengers - Age of Ultron, Zero Dark Thirty, The Jungle Book, Minority Report, and Halo 4, among many notable others. Mr. Derry began his career in the film industry creating practical effects, including advanced puppets for movies, before transitioning into his work in visual effects and virtual production.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer Koester leads the strategy and execution of all business aspects and operations of Sphere, a next-generation entertainment medium that is redefining the future of live entertainment. The first Sphere venue opened in Las Vegas in September 2023. In this role, Ms. Koester works together with executive leadership, and across the broader Sphere team, to grow the Sphere businesses and optimize its operations. She provides strategic oversight for Sphere Studios - the immersive content studio in Burbank dedicated to developing multi-sensory experiences exclusively for Sphere - including further developing the Studios' capabilities as a full-service production studio. Ms. Koester also focuses on maximizing venue utilization across a range of categories, such as original programming, attractions, concerts, residencies, and corporate and marquee events; driving strategic partnerships; delivering the best customer experience; and growing Sphere as a premium global brand. Ms. Koester is a leader with 30 years of experience in technology, media, and entertainment, across functional areas including business development, marketing, technology, legal, and product management. Throughout her career she has leveraged her diverse expertise with a unique ability to integrate legal, technical, business, and operational matters. Ms. Koester joined Sphere Entertainment in 2024 as President, Sphere Business Operations, from Google, where she served as Managing Director, Americas Strategic Alliances, Global Partnerships. In this role, she was responsible for leading the overall relationship with Google's most strategic partners to drive greater incremental value across Google's products and services. She also previously served as Director, Telecommunications and Video Distributors, Global Partnerships at Google, where she was a key contributor to product strategy and roadmaps that delivered new revenue opportunities, including development and monetization of advertising product lines. Her experience prior to Google includes serving as Senior Vice President of Advanced Advertising Product Development, Data Analytics and Ad Operations at Cablevision, as well as various legal positions. Ms. Koester serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Communication, a non-profit organization that promotes diversity in media by educating and empowering students seeking to enter the industry. As Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Sphere Entertainment Co., Laura Franco serves as the chief legal officer, working closely with the leadership team to support the Company's long-term direction and growth. In this role, Ms. Franco oversees all legal functions across the live entertainment and media company including corporate, commercial, transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters. She is also responsible for and directs corporate and business legal affairs including managing the development, negotiation, and execution of all material business transactions across the Company's portfolio, which includes Sphere, a next-generation entertainment medium that is redefining the future of live entertainment, as well as MSG Networks, which operates two regional sports and entertainment networks that deliver a wide range of live sports content and other programming. In addition to her role at Sphere Entertainment, Ms. Franco also serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., whose portfolio features renowned venues and entertainment brands. Ms. Franco is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of legal experience. She joined the MSG Family of Companies in 2024 from Bumble Inc., the parent company of the global dating and social connection apps Bumble and Badoo, where she served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. As a member of Bumble Inc.'s executive management leadership team she helped oversee its Initial Public Offering. She also previously spent more than 25 years at Viacom Inc. and CBS Corporation (now "Paramount Global") in roles of increasing responsibility. In her last role at CBS as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Ms. Franco spearheaded critical company initiatives and major companywide corporate transactions, including CBS' merger with Viacom in 2019. Ms. Franco began her legal career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in the firm's corporate department where she handled transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances and initiatives. Ms. Franco is a Board Member and Chair of the Safety Committee at Virgin Voyages, a cruise line.   Ms. Franco received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul Westbury

As Executive Vice President of Development and Construction, Paul Westbury is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery for Sphere Entertainment Co.'s venue development projects, led by Sphere - a next-generation entertainment medium that is redefining the future of live entertainment. The first Sphere venue opened in Las Vegas in September 2023, and the Company is having discussions regarding the development of Sphere in other forward-thinking cities. Mr. Westbury manages a global team of construction professionals who were responsible for driving the completion of the Las Vegas venue and retaining the knowledge gained for future Sphere projects. Mr. Westbury joined the Company in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, bringing more than 30 years of diverse global construction industry experience. Prior to joining Sphere, Mr. Westbury was Group Technical Director at Laing O'Rourke, a multinational construction company, where he also served as the Director of the Laing O'Rourke Center for Construction Engineering at the University of Cambridge. Before joining Laing O'Rourke, Mr. Westbury spent 20 years with Buro Happold, an international engineering consulting firm, in roles of increasing responsibility, including as Group CEO. During his tenure at Buro Happold, Mr. Westbury was involved in the development of some of the world's most prestigious venue projects, including the masterplan and main stadium design and delivery for London's successful 2012 Olympic Games. His other high-profile projects have included the Millennium Dome and O2 Arena in London; Arsenal Football Club's Emirates Stadium in London; and Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Westbury has been awarded a Royal Academy of Engineering MacRobert Award for engineering innovation, as well as a highly coveted Gold Medal from the Institute of Structural Engineers. He has previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Royal Academy of Engineering; was part of the Steering Group for the Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge; and in 2013 was made a CBE in the British New Year's Honours List for his overall contribution to engineering and construction. Mr. Westbury received an MA in Engineering Science from the University of Cambridge.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Sphere Entertainment Co., Robert Langer works closely with Sphere Entertainment's executive management team to support the long-term direction of the Company. In this role, he provides strategic financial insight on all facets of the business, from overseeing financial matters, including all planning and analysis, to strategy and business development. Mr. Langer is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of business experience. Prior to joining Sphere Entertainment, he was with The Walt Disney Company, where he served as Global Leader of Enterprise-Wide Financial Planning and Corporate Strategy. In this role he led key finance processes, and oversaw forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans. He also directed the corporate strategy group, orchestrating M&A activities, exploring strategic alternatives, and overseeing a technology-focused incubator program. Mr. Langer first joined Disney in 1999, and over his 25-year tenure held various divisional financial leadership positions across the business, including as Chief Financial Officer of Disney ABC Television Group, Disney Consumer Products, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Global Toys. He also has significant global experience, including serving as Country Manager for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, where he oversaw all of Disney's businesses, activities, and brands in these markets. Prior to joining Disney, Mr. Langer was a senior case leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on serving clients in the consumer products, retail, and media industries. Mr. Langer received his diploma from the University of Munich and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
