Executive Chef Bill has over 30 years of Culinary and Hospitality experience and attended the Culinary Institute of America. His partner Heather has over 17 years in the wine and spirits industry, along with front of house experience. Bill quickly rose through the ranks and was soon promoted to be the Director of Operations. This achievement would eventually lead Bill to open his restaurant in early 2020... Family owned, local restaurant and bar, serving the public.
