Bill Syrios started Stewardship in 1989. He says it's been a great joy in his life to see it grow from a "one-house operation" to something larger and to help develop the team of partners, staff and lenders who has made Stewardship into the strong and diverse company it is today.
Amanda joined Stewardship in 2010. As Operations Manager she has been a critical piece in facilitating growth from Oregon into Missouri, Texas, Kansas, and beyond. Amanda leads the Stewardship Capital Team, which is the financial backbone of the Stewardship family of partnerships.

Dan is a development consultant of more than 3000 units, LIHTC and OHCS. He is a key player in firms named as the nation's top 50 affordable housing developers.
Greg and Bill have been partners since 1994 when they bought their first property together. Greg is a graduate from Brown University and the University of Oregon law school. Together, he and Bill focus on the acquisition and redevelopment of multi-family properties.

Affordable housing and biking are Robin's passions. She has multiple funding experience including OHCS, HUD, LIHTC, PDC, and AWHTC.
