His responsibility is to lead the Supply Chain organisation which involves the management of the 3PL operated Distribution Centers, Inventory & Supply Managament as well as Trade Compliance and Indirect Procurement.

The subsequent career step was with Estée Lauder in Switzerland as Executive Manager Logistics Travel Retail worldwide. His responsibility covered the global logistics chain for the TR division, including Value Added Services, at three Distribution Centers in Switzerland plus various regional Distribution in the global regions. In addition, he managed the Intra-logistics support for the production plant in Switzerland.
