Bella Donna McCarthy (Belladonna Magic Chick) is one of Australia's most unique female Magicians. Belladonna has spend over two decades honing her art and blending her love of Side-show and Magic in a professional capacity.
She has produced several long time running variety magic shows in Sydney such as Cabaret Mystique, Voodoo Review and V-Club and is also the host of the Lockdown lounge and Magic Martini Monday's with partner Daniel J Shields.
Vice President of IBM Ring 102 since 2021. Secretary since 2020. Conway is a mentalism expert.
Like most magicians Conway was bitten by the magic bug as a young child, and he has been performing magic ever since.
His first public performance was at the age of ten in a variety show, when, to his parents's consternation, he ‘accidentally' smashed his school Principal's watch to smithereens with a 10 pound hammer. Fortunately his magic spell enabled him to restore the watch and avoid expulsion.
His other great love was the law, which he successfully practised for several decades. For many years he was an intellectual property partner in a leading National law firm, where he headed the firm's IP, Technology and Competition Law division in Sydney.
But throughout his legal career he also pursued his passion for magic. "A lot of the skills you need as a lawyer are useful outside law; such as understanding what people are saying and, more importantly, what they are not saying.''
Those skills, Conway says, led him to move from reading legal briefs to reading minds.
Since his retirement from law in 2001 he has performed professionally as a corporate mentalist and magician, primarily for business organisations but also at Festivals and private functions.

Dale started performing magic at school and has carried it through into his adult life appearing in cabaret shows and theatre productions as well as private engagements. Since 2016 Dale has been the President of Ring 102 of The International Brotherhood of Magicians in Sydney.
Dale has produced and appeared in a number of variety style magic shows in Sydney with appearances by local and international magicians. In 2019 Dale wrote and starred in his own one man magic/comedy/music show "Life of Davo" which was very well received by both the general audience and professional magicians.
Through his work at The International Brotherhood of Magicians Dale has met and worked with many professional magicians from all over the world. He has organised a variety of shows, lectures, workshops and regular meetings focused on expanding the appreciation of magic for both the performer and audience. Dale's focus is on rejuvenating the art of magic.

Jack Sharp performed his first kid's magic show when he was just 12 years old and has hardly looked back since. His Grandfather (also Jack Sharp) was a professional children's entertainer in the UK and Ireland and a President of the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM). During his Grandfather's reign Jack won two IBM Junior Champion Of Magic titles. Perhaps there was some nepotism in the President's vote…haha.
Over the years Jack has occasionally put his performing on hold for travel and some spells in the corporate world but comedy and magic has always been in his blood and he is now a full time professional kids entertainer. As a Dad of a 7yr old son, Jack knows exactly what makes children tick and how to make them laugh and laugh and keep laughing.
Jack is also an accomplished master of ceremonies, quizmaster and after dinner speaker. He can't sing though!!
Jack has worked with most of Australia's top companies and interviewed some of the biggest names in Australian and International sport.
John's fascination with the art of magic began when his Grand Uncle gave him his first magic tricks as a child. Over the years John has become less intrigued with how tricks work and more interested in why they work. He particularly enjoys exploring misdirection techniques that take advantage of how our complex and amazing brains receive and process information.
Member of the IBM for 35 years and our long term treasurer. Peter is also the editor of our regular online newsletter "Magic Chatter".
Peter Wood is a professional family entertainer. He has been awarded the Order of Merlin which means he has been a continuous member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians for 35 years (he joined when he was 4 years old). Peter started doing magic shows when he was very young. He thought he would keep doing them until he grew up and got a real job; he is still waiting for both to happen.

Born in Vietnam. As a kid, I was fascinated by live performance of variety shows where my love of classic stage magic with music has developed.
Stephen Miller, aka The Urban Mentalist took up magic in 2019 as a COVID lockdown hobby.
Unable to stop the obsession, he has gone on to perform sets at weddings, Probus and Rotary Clubs. He quickly found his niche as a mentalist and is off to the Blackpool Magic Convention (as a delegate not a performer) in 2023.
