Ben Mathan - Chief Strategy Officer

Ben Mathan is the Chief Strategy Officer at LEARFIELD where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's strategy as well as enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives. Before joining LEARFIELD, Ben held various roles in the investment banking and private equity industries, most recently as a senior investment professional for Atairos, a leading strategic investment company focused on supporting growth-oriented businesses. In addition to his many contributions to the strategic operations of the company, Ben still carves out time to support others in achieving a brighter future. As a board member of the Brooklyn Youth Sports Club, he works to empower underserved youth in Brooklyn, NY to fulfill their academic and personal potential. A graduate of New York University and a die-hard fan of all New York sports teams, Ben enjoys watching the Jets, Nets, and the Yankees. Outside of sports, Ben enjoys travel, reading and watching old sitcoms. Ben and his wife, Katie, currently reside in Dallas, Texas.

Cole Gahagan - CEO, President

Cole Gahagan is the President and Chief Executive Officer at LEARFIELD. With a 25-year career that spans the sports, entertainment media, and technology industries, he leads the company and its multiple business lines in driving innovation and delivering compelling content to the collegiate sports market. Cole joined LEARFIELD in early 2020, having previously served as Chief Commercial Officer for Fanatics. Prior to that, he held executive leadership roles at Ticketmaster and Live Nation, including Chief Revenue Officer, and Senior Vice President of Development and Strategy. As a respected leader and visionary, Cole has been the recipient of Sports Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Award, Leaders in Sport's Leaders Under 40 Award, and named to Billboard Magazine's list of Top 25 Digital Players in Entertainment. His dedication and passion for serving others extends to the greater community through his launch of the company's nationwide partnership with Team IMPACT, and his personal involvement as a member of the board. Although he's a fan of every university partner that LEARFIELD serves, Cole holds a BBA from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Jackie, their two children, and their English Bulldog, Rosie. When he's not supporting his children at baseball tournaments or cheerleading competitions, you might find Cole enjoying a few rounds of golf or sharpening his fly-fishing skills. As the CEO, Cole Gahagan is at the helm of the leading sports media and technology company in college athletics. The company consists of multiple entities each serving sports and live events, including LEARFIELD's multimedia rights business, Paciolan ticketing systems, CLC licensing business, SIDEARM Sports website and app development solutions, and more. Under his leadership, LEARFIELD has invested in innovation - pioneering esports in college, driving new advancements in content programming, and building the largest data and analytics platform in intercollegiate athletics. Rebranded to LEARFIELD in the summer of 2021, the company is positioned to build on its nearly 50 year legacy with continued pioneering leadership.

Cory Moss

Cory Moss is the Chief Executive Officer at CLC. With more than 25 years at the company, his focus is delivering continued growth of the licensing business through meaningful connections between collegiate brands and their fans. Prior to becoming CEO, Cory gave leadership to many divisions within the company including partnerships, operations, bowls and conference properties, and the NCAA. Cory currently serves on the Board of Directors for the John McLendon Minority Scholarship Foundation, which administers scholarships through the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics. An accomplished collegiate sports professional in his own right, Cory's been a recipient of Atlanta Business Chronicle's Up and Comers 40 Under 40 Award and named to Sports Business Journal's list of Power Player Leaders Behind the Scenes in College Sports. In addition to his personal achievements, he advocates for the health and well-being of mothers and babies through the March of Dimes where he serves as the board chair for the Atlanta market. While Cory used to enjoy a competitive game of pick-up basketball, he now enjoys coaching his kids and watching them and their teams play. He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Kendyl, and their two children.

Jennifer Davis - CMO

Jennifer Davis is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMO) at LEARFIELD where she applies her decades of strategic marketing and business leadership experience in technology to LEARFIELD's evolving business. Before joining LEARFIELD, she served as the Head of Product Marketing for a division of Amazon Web Services. Prior to that, she was the CMO for Honeywell's smart buildings and homes business, and CMO and Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy for Leyard International and Planar Systems, leaders in digital signage innovation. Jennifer dedicates time to mentoring and developing the next generation of female leaders through organizations like PathBuilders and Built by Girls. She is a proud member of Women in SportsTech, Women in Sports and Events (WISE), and Women in Technology International. Growing up, Jennifer played multiple sports before turning her focus to competitive speech and debate and creative endeavors. She published her first book Well Made Decisions in 2021. A long-time Oregonian, Jennifer currently lives in the Atlanta, Georgia, area with her husband, Tony, and their two teenage children.

John Brody

John Brody is the Chief Revenue Officer at LEARFIELD. With more than two decades of leadership in the sports, media, and entertainment industries, he oversees the operation of the LEARFIELD Multimedia Rights organization. Leveraging exclusive rights agreements with college athletic departments and conferences to connect brands to college sports fans, the MMR team uses media, technology, and data to help businesses foster impactful community connectivity and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives with tailored solutions. Before joining LEARFIELD, he served as EVP, Global Head of Sales and International for World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE). Prior to that, he held various executive sales and marketing roles for the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), and the National Basketball Association's (NBA) Boston Celtics. John's passion for sports and business has presented him with many opportunities to give back to the community including serving on the boards of the Hank Aaron Foundation, Special Olympics of Connecticut, and Cloud 9 Esports. He has also dedicated time to the advancement and innovation of the industry as a guest lecturer at numerous colleges and universities, including his alma mater Tufts University. John oversees our New York City office and currently resides in Westport, CT with his wife, two children, and the family dog. In his free time, you can find John with his family at one of the kids' many high school sporting events or rooting on one of his favorite Boston pro sports teams.

John Raleigh - Chief Legal Officer

John Raleigh is the Chief Legal Officer at LEARFIELD where he provides comprehensive leadership and management of the company's legal affairs. His responsibilities also include overseeing all merger, acquisition, and risk management initiatives for the organization. Before joining LEARFIELD in 2015, he spent 16 years at IMG Worldwide, the last five as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel. Prior to that, John began his professional career in the law practice of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey. John is active in organizations such as the Sports Lawyers Association and has served as a volunteer attorney for the Legal Aid Society. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, John is a fan of his hometown teams and spends his free time running, reading, collecting vinyl records, or enjoying a CrossFit workout. He currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Stephanie, and two teenage daughters.

Kim Damron

Kim Damron is the President and CEO at Paciolan. As a leader known for cultivating an inclusive culture and nurturing employee careers, she steers the direction and vision of the ticketing technology and solutions business lines under the Paciolan and Amplify brands. Before joining the Paciolan leadership team in 2005, Kim served in executive positions at Tickets.com, Buy.com, and Paramount Studios. She has received several accolades over her 20-year career, including Sports Business Journal's Game Changer Award and VenuesNow Woman of Influence. Among her many contributions to the sports and entertainment industry, she still finds time to show compassion and support for others. Kim is passionate about the advancement of women in the workplace and is a champion of local organizations, including Project Giving Light, which supports homeless children in her area. Kim, a die-hard USC fan, and her husband Jeff live in Newport Beach, California, with their four children. When she is not rooting for her favorite team, you can catch her and her family surfing the waves and enjoying Southern California's beautiful beaches.

Kristine Schroeder

Kristine Schroeder is the Chief People and Culture Officer at LEARFIELD where she has enterprise-wide responsib ility for the human capital needs and culture of the company and its more than 2,000 employees. She also oversees the Diversity, Inclusion & Equality initiatives and gives leadership to all recruiting, career development, performance management, employee retention, reward and recognition, leadership development, and organizational development. Before joining LEARFIELD, Kristine served as Vice President, Human Resources for IMG College, and previously held HR leadership positions for companies including NCR and Avado Brands. She holds numerous Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications and is passionate about developing people and growing their careers. No stranger to the world of sports, Kristine grew up watching Ne w York Islanders games with her grandmother and later went on to play softball and basketball in high school and college. She is an avid supporter of the Florida Gators and enjoys meeting members of Gator Nation far and wide on her travels, including Italy and Hawaii. A self-described movie-buff, Kristine tries to see one new movie every week, and her other hobbies include reading and Pilates. Kristine currently resides in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Mike Hamilton

Mike Hamilton is the Executive Vice President of the University Partnership Group at LEARFIELD. Mike brings 30 years of leadership experience in college athletics to his role of developing impactful, trust-based relationships with LEARFIELD's University and Conference partners while supporting new business growth. Before joining LEARFIELD in 2018, Mike served 19 years at The University of Tennessee, eight as Athletic Director. Prior to his time in Knoxville, he held sports administration roles at both Wake Forest and Clemson, his alma mater. A veteran of the collegiate sports industry, Mike has a history of visionary leadership, creative revenue generation, and successful relationship development across diverse groups of constituents. Mike has a passion for seeing people reach their full potential and enjoys opportunities to mentor and encourage athletic directors across the U.S., sharing valuable insights on topics ranging from career strategy to organizational success. Mike shares his experiences and discusses the current collegiate sports landscape with athletic directors on the From The Chair podcast, produced by LEARFIELD. Mike cares deeply about making an impact in the world and has devoted much of his free time to charitable organizations that care for orphans or address the water and healthcare crises in Africa. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys travel, spending time with his family, trying out the newest restaurant in town or reading the next book on his list. Mike and his wife, Beth, live in Franklin, TN, and are the parents of five children.

Peter Lori - CFO

Peter Lori is the Chief Financial Officer at LEARFIELD. He has more than three decades of experience as a finance leader and nearly 20 years of experience within media. Pete will be integrally involved in capital allocation decisions to drive profitable growth while leading the accounting, finance, tax, and information technology teams. Before joining LEARFIELD, he most recently served as the chief financial officer of Univision Communications, Inc. which culminated in the merger of Grupo Televisa‘s media content and production assets with Univision to create the world's leading Spanish language media and content company. Prior to Univision, Pete was a client service partner at KPMG and Arthur Andersen serving global fortune 500 accounts. He has also served on the board of a New York Stock Exchange company as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the compensation committee. Pete is originally from Glen Ridge, New Jersey, where he and his wife Nancy raised three children. He's an avid sports fan and enjoys sporting activities with his family, including cycling and skiing. Pete currently lives in Jackson, WY, and is transitioning to the Dallas, TX area.

Rob Schneider

Rob Schneider is the Chief Innovation, Development, and Content Officer at LEARFIELD. With an accomplished background in corporate development and strategy, he drives innovation and acceleration across the content and digital product teams. Before joining LEARFIELD in 2018 as Chief Strategy and Development Officer, Rob held several senior leadership roles across WPP, most recently as the Global Head of Corporate Development for GroupM, the world's largest media agency. Prior to that, he served in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army as an infantry officer. A recipient of Sports Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Award, Rob currently serves on the advisory boards of Stadia Ventures, Courtside Ventures, and Big Media Holdings. When he's not strategizing on how to support growth and development within the sports, media, and entertainment industries, you will find him sharing his knowledge at one of many major conferences like Cannes Lions, South by Southwest (SXSW), or the Esports Business Summit. A graduate of the United States Military Academy (BS) and Columbia Business School (MBA), Rob enjoys spending time watching his beloved Army play in a rivalry game. And while you won't find him jumping out of airplanes anymore, you might also catch him putting his sous vide cooking skills to the test or playing a few rounds of golf. Rob and his wife, Heather, currently reside in the Dallas, Texas, area with their two children.
