Andrew Ampil

Andrew Ampil currently serves as a Case Manager at MLG Attorneys at Law. Ampil graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at California State University of Fullerton . He found his calling after interning at the California State University of Fullerton's College Legal Clinic, where the organization assisted the community with free legal advice. Soon after, he gained his Paralegal Certificate from Coastline Community College. After obtaining his certificate, he worked in property law and specialized in judicial foreclosures, title issues, and evictions. He understands how the court system works for the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada. After 7 years in real estate law, he decided to join MLG. Outside of work, Ampil enjoys being an advocate for Pit Bulls adoption and fostering. He is a big comic book fan, especially Spider-man. Ampil loves basketball, watching big blockbuster movies the night before they come out, boba/coffee any time of the day, hanging out with his peers, and has a natural talent for dancing and singing. Brian Petri

Brian Petri was inspired to pursue the practice of law from an early age by the desire to stand up for the defenseless. Petri graduated from Washington State University in 2012 with a Bacherlor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. Furthermore, in 2015 he earned his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, graduating with academic and Pro Bono honors awards. In the process of earning his Juris Doctor, Petri interned with a number of firms and had the opportunity to learn from some of the brightest rising stars in the field Petri has a wealth of experience in the legal industry in a variety of disciplines, including insurance subrogation, civil personal injury, property foreclosure, family law, criminal defense, and business litigation. Prior to joining MLG, Petri spent multiple years working as the senior paralegal for the staff counsel of a national auto-insurance carrier, aiding to oversee all California-based cases for the company. This variety of legal experience has helped to instill a drive to provide nothing short of excellence in every situation. Chris Henderson

Chris Henderson has over 25 years of legal and business experience, having enjoyed a long and distinguished career at one of Southern California's most prestigious intellectual property law firms. At MLG, Henderson uses his substantial project management experience to oversee the firm's robust litigation roster, ensuring that every case detail is perfectly aligned with the firm's litigation strategy. Henderson's business acumen was forged at UCLA, where he graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He later obtained a Certification in Internet Technologies from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, and in 2009 earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Pacific Coast University School of Law. Believing that giving back is one of the most fulfilling activities in life, Henderson is a volunteer director with the J Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides STEM opportunities through sports to underprivileged children in Los Angeles and Orange County. Dallas Diogostine

Dallas Diogostine has been a legal professional since 2015 and currently serves as a Paralegal for MLG Attorneys at Law. Growing up a huge Bruin fan, Dallas studied at his dream school, UCLA, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. With aspirations of joining the legal profession, he thereafter attended UCI Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Prior to joining MLG, Dallas gained experience in several areas of the legal profession. Most recently, he was the lone Paralegal at a solo practitioner's law office, where he worked on all aspects of family law, civil litigation, and personal injury matters. Dallas has also spent time in compliance for a small start up and he assisted an award winning business litigation boutique in pending litigation. While in law school, in addition to maintaining a full course load, Dallas spent time assisting low income individuals with their immigration status as a Pro Bono Volunteer and was a Legal Representative for UCI School of Law's Criminal Justice Clinic. He also spent his summers externing for a Judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court and interning for a nonprofit organization. In addition to his professional career, Dallas is a passionate fan of sports and music. He enjoys spending time with his two dogs, playing basketball regularly, watching good movies/shows, and getting food with friends.

Deirdra Barrios

Jonathan Michaels

Jorge Alvarado is a highly skilled and educated professional who has experience in the realm of law and politics. He has spent a great portion of his legal career as a paralegal working in immigration & criminal law, and most recently, in civil litigation. Jorge earned his Master of Legal Studies degree from the Sandra Day O' Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Prior to earning his master's degree, he worked with multiple political campaigns which included the race for the 39 th Congressional District of California and the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Additionally, he spent several months as an intern at the Orange County Board of Supervisors in which he was recognized by the State of California and the County of Orange. In his spare time, he loves to travel and spend time with his friends and family. He is heavily involved in his community and is part of several community organizations including the Orangewood Foundation, Journey House of Pasadena, and Project Rebound. Luis Rojas

Luis Rojas graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor in English and a Minor in Latin American Studies. Later he also earned his Paralegal Certification from Fullerton College. Currently, he is in process of earning his Juris Doctor and has an expected graduation in 2025. Rojas began his legal career volunteering with a grassroots organization providing legal advocacy to less fortunate people in low-income areas of Orange County. Later he joined a prestigious firm and worked on high profile personal injury and police misconduct cases. Rojas prides himself for always having a positive attitude and great energy. Mandy Haeberle

Prior to joining MLG, Ms. Haeberle was an Office Manger for Student Housing at the University of California- Irvine focusing on Residential Curriculum within Student Housing. Mandy has also managed multiple administrative responsibilities within the Real Estate and Management industries. In addition to her duties as an Office Manager, Ms. Haeberle is active in many community organizations and currently serves as her local Pop Warner Football and Cheer Athletic Director. Her most challenging community volunteer work involves serving as Treasurer, managing a $200,000 annual budget, for the Rancho Canada Elementary Parents and Teachers Association. Randy Shrewsberry is responsible for MLG's strategic formulation, management, and internal processes, including developing the firm's vision and strategy, overseeing planning, and leading initiatives, business development and partnerships. Randy's leadership experience in the justice system includes roles such as Founder and CEO at a forensic investigations firm, Director of Forensic Services at a forensic engineering firm, as well as Executive Director at a national criminal justice reform-focused non-profit. Randy has spent more than 30 years in both the public and private sector investigating thousands of auto crashes and hundreds of automobile and structural fires. Randy has been a lecturer on criminal justice matters and has been admitted as an expert on several occasions in the State of South Carolina and the State of California in both criminal and civil court. Randy began his career working in numerous law enforcement agencies across three states in capacities including patrol officer, supervisor, traffic officer and investigator. Randy is an expert qualified Crash Reconstruction Investigator and Fire & Explosion Investigator. He is also a Certified Event Data Recorder Technician I & II, a Certified Event Data Recorder Analyst as well as a Forensic Animator. In Randy's work as a criminal justice reform advocate, he has contributed to PBS's Frontline, MSNBC, USA Today, the New York Times, the Washington Post and more. Stacy brings four years of experience working in the legal industry, but a lifetime passion of helping those in need in any way she can. In her spare time, Enciso enjoy reading Sci-if novels that evoke so much imagery that they serve as a movie for the mind. She lives to be in nature whether that's being surrounded by the tallest trees or hiking to get to the end of Angels Landing in Zion. Enciso loves to get artsy by watercolor painting because it's a median that's not meant to be controlled or manipulated; you simply have to let it be.
