Bianca Wiseman began at The Harbor Law Group in August of 2020. Prior to working for the firm, she was an active stay-at-home mom to her three children. Bianca started her career by serving in the United States Air Force for four years as a human resource specialist for the 56th Airlift Squadron in Altus, Oklahoma and, in fact, met her husband while stationed in Kuwait during 911. After being honorably discharged, she worked as a legal assistant for two prominent immigration law firms in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. At the firm, she is the kind voice you will hear answering the phones and keeping our wonderful clients up to date on their various legal matters.
Bianca has been a happy resident of Gig Harbor for the past four years. She loves spending time with her three teenagers playing board games, going on nature walks, having family dinners, and glamping. She is also an avid runner and has completed one full marathon and 12 half marathons.

Kitty Voyce came to The Harbor Law Group after traveling the world for 22 years with the world's greatest Navy. She retired from the U.S. Navy in September 2019 as a Chief Petty Officer Yeoman, took one year off in "retirement", and then joined our team as the Assistant Client Services Director. At the firm, Kitty provides outstanding administrative support for our awesome clients and staff.
Kitty is a native of Painesville, Ohio, and a graduate of Coastline Community College in Costa Mesa, California, where she earned her associates degree in Business Administration. She is married to Seth, with whom she has two adult children, and one very loved grandson! During her off-time, Kitty loves to cuddle her grandson, build things for her house, tinker in the garden, swim, and play with her seven dogs, three cats, 10 chickens, one tortoise, and her many koi fish.

…and coffee connoisseur, Katie Kurucz has served as the Client Services Director for The Harbor Law Group for almost two years.
Katie Kurucz has served as the Client Services Director for The Harbor Law Group for almost two years. In her role, she's responsible for preparing for meetings, client correspondence, creating asset spreadsheets for all of our estate plan clients, and pretty much all things organization!
Before joining The Harbor Law Group she was the Vice President of Investors Relations for Morrison Street Capital for over five years. Her responsibilities included investor relations, assistance to compliance, marketing and investor reporting. Prior to that she worked for financial advisory firms in Portland, Oregon and San Francisco, California. She developed relationships with investment companies, interfaced with administrators, communicated company progress, and assured the timely delivery of investment statements and tax documents to investors.
Katie obtained a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Davis and an
Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Portland. She was a member of the Junior League of Portland, for several years, serving as the Controller of the Finance Committee. In her spare time she has her own bookkeeping side business and loves to spend time with her husband and three year old son. As a California native she travels back and forth frequently, but her heart belongs in the Pacific Northwest.

Maura McCoy joined The Harbor Law Group in 2021 as an Associate Attorney and a commissioned Notary Public. She is a native of the Tacoma area where she attended Bellarmine Preparatory School before going onto Gonzaga University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2014, Maura graduated Gonzaga Law School cum laude. After graduation, she returned to the westside of the state to begin her legal career.
Prior to joining The Harbor Law Group, Maura worked at a mid-sized firm in downtown Tacoma for five years. There she was exposed to a wide variety of civil litigation matters including trust and estate disputes, family law, real property, and business law. After joining us, Maura has narrowed her practice to estate planning, business law, probate, and employment issues. Her diverse background in civil litigation gives her a strong foundation to help clients plan for the future whether through estate planning or forming a new business.
Maura is passionate about helping people in her community and finds joy connecting with clients. In her spare time, Maura loves spending time with her husband and two young children, running, and cycling. After attending Gonzaga for seven years and marrying a fellow Gonzaga grad, she is also a devoted Gonzaga basketball fan!
