Over the last 18 months we have worked closely with three leading universities and their faculty leaders to develop a formula that would help indicate key principles within a company. A formula that would use both key words, presentation and a Q&A with employees to gauge a range for our Companies Index Score (CIS), by using this formula we are able to score key areas within a company... Our partnership with the three universities that have funded research projects into Diversity: Return on Inclusion, Leading effective organisations, leading ethically: principles and practice and the future of leadership... By using this unique formula we are able to adapt it to the accreditation categories on this website, in the future it will be adapted for further topics within industry.
