Andrea started her professional experience in a customer service role, so she understands the importance of meeting (and exceeding) customer expectations. Since her customer service days, she has worn many hats within digital marketing including email marketing, search engine marketing, social media advertising, and web analytics. Pay-per-click is her clear favorite due to the ever-changing rules, algorithms, and customer behavior. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, cooking (NOT baking), crafting, and being outdoors.

Anne has been with Top Floor since 2017 and joined forces with Top Floor's Sales & Marketing department in 2022. Anne knows the importance of the big picture and the details, using data to help identify opportunities for her both new and existing clients. With her background in digital marketing strategy, she understands the value and tactical execution of SEO, PPC, content and social media marketing. As the bridge between Top Floor's sales & marketing, she is eager to align our efforts and deliver the right solution to the right customer (think this might be you? let's chat!).
In her free time, Anne loves to explore Milwaukee and sits on the board for Ad 2 Milwaukee, a non-profit networking organization serving young professionals in the advertising and marketing community. She lives in Shorewood, WI with her husband Aaron and their overweight cat, Opal, who gets more attention than she probably deserves.

Ariel is a Digital Marketing Specialist at Top Floor, where she helps clients successfully get their business found online. She has a passion for learning about the latest marketing trends and technology, in the constantly changing marketing environment. In her previous role at a local real estate firm, she gained a well-rounded experience working in various disciplines of marketing, including email marketing, content creation, website management, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO). She graduated from WCTC with an Associate Degree in Marketing and later transferred to U.W Waukesha to earn a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences Degree with a concentration in Business.
When Ariel's not creating digital content, you can find her taking advantage of all four seasons the Midwest offers. She loves gardening, kayaking, cross-country skiing, or exploring Wisconsin's waterfalls and lakeshore. Ariel also enjoys screen printing and curling up to watch a good movie.

Bryan has a long history in account management, working for a small law firm out of college and then joining the Top Floor team in January 2012. He loves helping clients solve problems they thought were unsolvable by asking the right questions.

As a team lead, Emily loves helping the team reach their full potential - for both their clients and their professional growth. Emily has been working in Digital Marketing since 2013 when she graduated from WCTC with her Associate's Degree in Marketing. She then went on to complete her Bachelors in Business Management at Cardinal Stritch University.
Emily has an adorable son, Kip, who was born in February 2021 (hence all the coffee consumption). She loves to spend time with Kip, her husband Luke, and their Australian Cattle Dog, Hank. As if those 3 don't keep her busy enough, she also volunteers as her church's preschool coordinator. When she has the time, she loves to craft! She's tried almost everything, from sewing and crocheting to painting and calligraphy. Emily is also a major bargain shopper - you can find her at Marshalls, TJMAXX, your local garage sale, or in any clearance section.

Emily is originally from Juneau, Wisconsin, and went to college at UW Eau Claire. She started out as a nursing major but ended with a degree in marketing. After graduation, she really didn't know what she wanted to do. When started working with PPC at Top Floor, she realized she enjoyed analyzing the numbers and seeing how to make campaigns and ads perform better. She also enjoys answering clients' questions and presenting her findings to them, especially when her recommendations turn out better than anticipated. Now, she's our Senior PPC specialist and works to improve Google and Microsoft campaigns.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys camping with her husband, watching movies, and playing board games like Settlers of Catan. She also has 2 cats, Phoebe and Joey, named after her favorite Friends characters.

Ian's unique work history, from working as first mate on the New England Aquarium Whale Watch to performing legal assistant work at a Bio-Medical Patent Law office, has set a foundation of strong customer service and attention to detail on which he has built his career. Before joining Top Floor, Ian was a lead Operations Manager for a national facility maintenance company. His experience working with Fortune 500 clients and scope of work development has paired well in his role as Digital Account Executive. When he's not working, you can find Ian hunting for vintage t-shirts online and in thrift stores.

Jana is a Digital Account Manager at Top Floor and has over 18 years of experience in the digital service industry. She is passionate about helping clients grow their digital presence and prides herself in taking ownership of her performance and the impact it has on clients. She also values teamwork as it's an integral part of success.
When she is not working, Jana enjoys going on hiking trips with her husband and two sons. The beauty and serenity of nature is a great way to rejuvenate.
Jessamyn is a Chicago native but quickly made Milwaukee her home. She recently joined Top Floor as a Digital Project Manager where she'll ensure client projects are completed efficiently and successfully. Jessamyn is committed to helping the team meet deadlines while producing excellent work, along with fostering a positive client experience. Previously, she was at a full-service communications agency working on B2B PR and media relation strategy. She is a proud graduate of Illinois State University where she earned her B.A. in Mass Media Management and an M.S. in Communication.
When's she's not busy planning for Top Floor client work, Jessamyn enjoys grabbing delicious food and drinks with her husband and friends, visiting family in Chicago and St. Louis, doing hot yoga at Empower, and taking her dog, Daisy, on walks.

Jordan was originally born here in Wisconsin before spending a handful of his elementary school years in Southeastern Tennessee. He eventually found his way back north and has been here ever since. Jordan is currently a Digital Marketing Associate here at Top Floor. Prior to joining the Top Floor team, he attended the UW-Whitewater, where he earned his degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Digital. Jordan is always looking for a way to help others in both the creative marketing space as well as his community. He also enjoys cooking, spending time with family, watching sports, and will crack open a book from time to time.

Justin has been with Top Floor since 2012 and believes strongly in our mission to help companies achieve their goals through digital marketing. To that end, in 2021 he and Chad Spaude purchased the company in order to continue that legacy. Justin oversees the marketing services teams and has a passion for Analytics, problem-solving, and developing strategy. In his free time, Justin can be found hiking, spending time with family, or cheering on the Brewers, Bucks, and Packers

As a key member of the Marketing team, Martha assists with various projects such as marketing campaigns, social media, event management, and collateral development. She is passionate about the details and enjoys seeing projects through from the first brainstorm to the very end.
When she isn't at work she's a busy mom to Dane and Emmy, wife to Casey, and kitty mom to Norman and Luna. She loves exercise, reading, and spending time with loved ones. As a cancer survivor, she advocates and shares awareness for the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation and community.

Matthew is excited to join the Top Floor Tech team as a Digital Account Manager. After graduating with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, he is looking forward to seeing how his experience as a manager in retail, operations, and safety/compliance will apply to digital marketing. Matthew has lived in the Milwaukee area for the last eight years, and truly appreciates the variety of restaurants, festivals, and community resources available.
He is a lover of cars (often spending hours detailing his own), baking (especially during the holidays), basket making (ask him about his coil cord baskets), playing board games with friends (Scrabble, Balderdash, & Mancala are favorites), and trivia (Jeopardy counts).

Megan is the Account Services Manager at Top Floor and is fully dedicated to delivering quality work that all of our clients can be proud of. Megan wholeheartedly believes that working as a team & building relationships with one another fosters a level of positivity and trust within a team that promotes collaboration, creative thinking, and motivation to do great work. When Megan is not at work, she is busy raising her daughter with her husband, visiting the best restaurants in Milwaukee with her friends and family, and winding down the day with a glass of wine and reality TV.

Paige from Appleton, WI and is now living in the Milwaukee area with her new husband and cat. She went to UW-Whitewater for college and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing in 2019. Paige is now a Digital Marketing Specialist at Top Floor, specializing in SEO and PPC. She works with a number of clients to reach and build their business goals as well as working on improving her own career goals in digital marketing.
In Paige's free time she loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys going up north to her family's cottages, relaxing by the lake, and having campfires. At home, she watches old and new seasons of Survivor and many other reality game shows. Paige also loves country music, so you'll likely find her at a concert enjoying a beer with her friends.

Riya is a digital marketing specialist at Top Floor. She has a passion for search engine optimization and is always looking for ways to improve her marketing skills. She comes from an agency background where she gained experience in many digital marketing tools that she can use to help clients best meet their goals.
Riya is a recent graduate of UW- Madison, where she earned degrees in marketing and international business as well as certifications in Chinese and East Asian Studies. In her free time, she loves to dance, cook food, and watch TV. She also has a passion for traveling and is always planning her next trip.

Scott fell in love with web development and open-source software in college. He has a passion for solving problems and being a positive influence on projects and people. After operating a design and development agency for 15 years, Scott joined the Top Floor team as a Senior Level PHP Developer in 2021. He has designed and implemented solutions ranging from eCommerce to social networks, gamification of a learning management system, and even a golf club fitting application. Today as Top Floor's Senior Web Developer/ Architect, Scott provides guidance and strategy to the Development team and acts as an additional resource for technical direction on Drupal development projects.
In Scott's 15 years of professional Drupal experience, he has been credited with 35 fixed issues. Check them out!
