Dave started his career as an apprentice engineer at Teignbridge and has progressed through several key roles including Production Manager. He has a wealth of experience relating to production methods and processes.

David founded Teignbridge in 1974 with a partner. He served an apprenticeship in the aero industry before emigrating to Canada where he worked as a designer of special-purpose forestry vehicles. In addition to guiding the company, Dave is the driving force for innovation and product development at Teignbridge.
Dave became a Design Draughtsman after serving a mechanical engineering apprenticeship in the aero industry. He joined Teignbridge in 1974 from a marine propulsion supplier. His main focus was on design and sales. Later he became more involved in general management and has extensive knowledge of both manufacturing and the marine market.
Ian joined Teignbridge in August 2012. He is an experienced Financial Manager having worked in many different sectors of industry. He oversees the finances of all Group companies in the UK, India, Asia and Dubai.
After training as an Engineering Officer in the merchant navy, James joined Teignbridge in 1989. He has established an unrivalled reputation for designing propellers for all vessel types. He is a very experienced application engineer regarding sterngear and rudder systems for any type of vessel.
Mark began his career as an Deck Officer in the merchant navy, studying at Plymouth University up to Master Mariner. He then joined Intertek as a marine surveyor and then Operations Manager before joining Teignbridge in 2003. He has held several management roles within the company including Operations Director, Sales & Marketing Director and his current role as Group Managing Director. Mark is an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute (AFNI).
