Amber Swan

Amber started her career in skilled Nursing and then moved to Assisted Living where she soon became a consultant for several Assisted Living Facilities in her area. Amber then went into Home Health and has spent the majority of her career there. Amber has been an Executive Director for several agencies and has opened and/or assisted in opening several new Home Health Agencies with specialization in start-up paperwork, Policies & Procedures, Coding, and Quality Assurance review.

Holly Garter

Holly has been employed in the Home Health Industry since 1994 when she emigrated from the UK to work in Florida as an RN Case Manager for a large Medicare Certified agency. Holly has worked in many roles over the years, including Clinical Supervisor, Director of Patient Care Services and Regional Executive Director. More recently she was employed as the QA Manager overseeing a team of RN's and coders responsible for OASIS review and QA compliance for over 3000 patients. Holly has a high level of expertise in managing workflows and day to day office processes in Wellsky/Kinnser enabling accurate and timely billing.

Stacie Bailey

The majority of Stacie's career has been spent in Home Health. She started in Home Health as a field clinician/RN Case Manager in 2007. Stacie has held the position as Home Health Administrator where she was responsible to oversee all staff, perform all coding, monitor QA compliance, and develop/enforce policies & procedures. Most recently, Stacie has held positions as QA Specialist and Vice President of Quality Assurance. Stacie has experience with many different EMRs including Wellsky/Kinnser, HCHB, Kantime, Axxess, Devero, and McKesson. She also has RN licensure in multiple states.
