Darren Morgan

Darren is Headteacher of Kings Road Primary School in Stretford, starting at the school in September 2015. Previously, he was the Headteacher of Lindow in Wilmslow with nearly 20 years of experience at senior leadership level in education. He has three beautiful children, supports Manchester United and is the chairperson of Trafford Table Tennis League. He plays most sports, particularly volleyball and table tennis. He enjoys music and play drums in a band made of headteachers which is originally called 'Headband!' Darren is delighted to be involved with the Trafford Community Collective as it does such wonderful work in the community and is full of excellent people.

Dr Tariq Razzaq

Dr Tariq is Dermatologist by profession. He has a passion for charitable work and is a trustee of multiple charities. He is the founder and Chair of Three Meem Foundation and runs multiple flagship community initiatives, including Health and Wellbeing programmes, sports activities for women and youth education in Trafford. Dr Tariq is keen to work for Trafford Community Collective, bringing his experience from different organisations, for benefit of community.

George Devlin

George is a Strategic Lead for the Collective and has been part of its development since Sept 2018. George is the Strategic Lead for Trafford Community Collective - he has been part of the development of the Collective since September 2018. He is a Trafford resident and has lived in Urmston since 1993, he and his wife have four grown up children and five grandchildren. He worked for Manchester City Council for 26 years. Since retiring from Manchester City Council in March 2011 he has continued to pursue his interest in Health, Education, Social Care and Community Development in a variety of voluntary roles. He is the Lay Member for Patient and Public Engagement Trafford CCG Board; a Chair of Governors in two schools in Trafford; Chair of LMCP, a community based charity providing advice on health and social care to people from South Asian communities in Trafford; and the Chair of The Toy House, a community based charity in Flixton, which provides a range of services to the local community. He believes in the need to build a truly holistic approach to the delivery of public services that puts people at the centre in ways that enable them to maximise their potential and achieve purposeful and independent lives. George says, 'What we have achieved in establishing the Trafford Community Collective is incredible. It has been such a pleasure to share the experience with everyone involved and I am really looking forward to being part of our development over the next couple of years'.

Jane Dennison - Founder

Jane is the Founder and Chair of Trustees for the running charity, the #MileShyClub. She also works across Trafford for Empower You, which connects people with disabilities to mainstream activity provision. Jane is the Chair of Trustees for the Collective. She is also the Founder and Chair of Trustees for the running charity, the #MileShyClub, which is an organisation that encourages everyone to try running for the first time. Jane also works across Trafford as a Lifestyle Coach for a social enterprise called Empower You, which connects people with disabilities to mainstream activity provision. Passionate about improving the nation's mental health, she freelances as a Mental Health First Aid instructor, regularly delivering courses within the community. A qualified personal trainer, running coach and published author, prior to working in the VCSE sector, Jane worked in the legal teams at Eversheds Sutherland, Thomas Cook and Pets at Home. Jane lives in Sale with her husband and two older teenage daughters.

Rachel Valentine

Rachel is an Executive Coach, Consultant and Facilitator with over 14 years of experience in a Senior Learning and Development role in HE, before starting her own company in 2018. Through workshops and one to one coaching, Rachel's focus is on promoting and enabling choice, finding clarity around what is important, and the development of pathways to support success, resilience, and wellbeing. Rachel is also a Chartered Health & Safety Practitioner, and an area of interest is the use of coaching to support good mental health and wellbeing and promote higher levels of care and compassion in organisations, as well as engagement and performance. In addition, Rachel also works and volunteers with Calm Connections, a Trafford based CIC that provide support to families going through tough times, working with them to enable and strengthen calm, positive relationships and good levels of mental health and family wellbeing. Rachel lives with her husband in Flixton and has been a proud resident of Trafford for most of her life, moving here with her family when she was 7 years old.

Sara Todd

Sara is the Chief Executive of Trafford Council, a role she took up in February 2019. She is a Mancunian and a planner by trade having studied at the University of Manchester. She has 30 years of local government experience, all with Greater Manchester councils, and has managed place based programmes, led operational services, delivered major capital projects, driven forward corporate and strategic policies and objectives and operated locally, sub-regionally, regionally and nationally. Sara is also lead Chief Executive in Greater Manchester for Digital as well as for Taxis & Private Hire and a Trustee of the City in the Community Foundation. She is a Manchester City fan and has a season ticket at the Etihad with her mum.

Vic Payne

Vic is the Management Information Administrator for the Trafford Community Collective. She also works and volunteers for one of the Collective's Lead Partners, Stretford Public Hall. Vic 's work background is in project development and advice within the charitable sector. She has lived in Trafford with her family for over ten years.
