Rugby at the University of Alabama was established in 1973 and has been on the move ever since. The club claimed their first title after winning the Deep South in 2007. In 2020, the club won the Los Angeles Sevens Invitational College Division Tournament after defeating New Mexico Highlands. Their seasons take place in the fall and spring, and their fall season includes six regular season games before playoffs.
