As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, Adam is responsible for the management of client's integrated digital marketing campaigns. Adam works closely with staff to create best possible campaign performance outcomes, and ultimately help our customers in the technology sector improve their return on investment and grow their businesses. In his free time, you can find Adam attending Carolina Hurricanes games, traveling, or just spending time with family, friends, and his two cats Theo and Milo.
As a Social Media Coordinator, Alex executes our clients' social media strategy across a variety of platforms to help them achieve their unique business goals. She graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Relations and cognate in Sociology. Alex has been involved in every facet in social media marketing and was a stylist in the wedding industry. She enjoys cooking, dancing (professionally and otherwise), traveling, and meeting new people. Alex also enjoys spending time with her dog, her two cats, and her husband, Mason, whom she met while studying abroad in Prague.
As a web administrator, Allan supports the Digital Media department through the completion of administrative webmastering and project management tasks. Allan keeps our client's websites safe and secure through ongoing server maintenance and plays an integral role in supporting the team through the completion of internal web service requests. Allan has been a part of the world of design since college, Web administration and design grew alongside him as he evolved in the matter, always looking forward to getting better each day, acquiring knowledge everytime he has the opportunity. In his free time he enjoys playing video games, training kickboxing, making music or reading a good comic book. Big pizza fanatic!!

She worked in sales and service for the Miami Dolphins before joining the One Firefly team. When not working, you can find Allison heading to a Clemson football game, traveling, or just spending time with family, friends, and her sweet puppy Palmer.

As Director of Digital Marketing, Andrew is responsible for the general management of our robust digital marketing team, providing leadership, focus, and support. Following his business management degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, Andrew has been equipping creatives for over 20 years and is passionate about helping people develop their skills and thrive in their careers. Andrew has embraced his journey from nonprofit work, to senior leadership in a national media company, and then executive consulting. He uses his varied experience to propel others forward on their path. When he's not working, Andrew loves "adventuring" with his wife, two daughters, and two sons. They've done everything from renovate a 100-year old inner city home to running a small horse farm in the country to full-time RVing around the U.S. for nearly two years. In his day-to-day, Andrew loves the simple things: great music, black coffee, and all the Apple products.
As an Project Coordinator, Angel will be supporting One Firefly by allocating the team´s every week tasks and making sure that everybody is happy with their workload. Besides being open to help in any support request from the team. Angel is currently coursing a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Tec Milenio and has several years of experience with business, sales and as an administrative assistant here in One Firefly. When not helping the team, Angel likes playing basketball, watching movies and series, and playing video games.

As a Digital Marketing Operations Manager, April ensures that her team has the appropriate amount of time, resources, and support they need to deliver phenomenal results for our clients. April is a process nerd and enjoys finding efficiencies and improving internal systems to help her team deliver best in class client service. She has a wide variety of experience to draw from, running the gamut from casino supervisor to digital project manager. Outside of work, April owns a small farm in Kentucky, and enjoys all of the projects that entails!

As a Digital Media Production Manager, Bekah is principally tasked with the onboarding of new web clients, scheduling the production of deliverables and taking them from point of sale through website completion. Bekah has worked as a Producer, Project Coordinator, Animator and Educator in the Columbus, OH area since graduating from the Columbus College of Art & Design with a focus in Production Management. Other than coordinating and organizing, her hobbies include playing video games, making crafts, traveling to places near the ocean and tending to her four home aquariums.
As a Content Writer at One Firefly, Ben is responsible for supporting One Firefly clients by producing engaging web content in the form of blogs, press releases, social media updates, newsletters and case studies. Ben holds a Bachelor's in computer science and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and has held a number of technical and business roles in the computer industry. When not thinking about wordsmithing content, he likes to read and write about technology and politics, hike, bike, and listen to music.
As a Client Support Associate, Berenice is responsible for helping with the Lead Concierge service. Along with interacting with clients, she assists with some administrative-related duties for content production like posting blogs and communicating with clients. She is currently a freshman in UNITEC studying Economics. She previously worked with chats and has done playwrighting with non-profit organizations in New York. When not working or near a computer Berenice uses her free time to be with her two-year-old daughter and husband, or with family at all times sharing meals and visiting new places.

She's worn many hats in the professional marketing world and aims to harness her skills and passion for writing to deliver top-tier content. When she's not behind the computer, Brenna can be found crushing a CrossFit workout, drinking coffee at a local café, or binge-watching a new Netflix original series.
As the Internal Product Manager at One Firefly is primarily responsible for working across departments to improve our internal operational tools and IT systems to enable everyone to achieve their best work. These projects center around our CRM, project management software, intranet, internal communications, and others. In addition to software improvements, Cameron joins a variety of department meetings to provide ideas for process improvement to better serve our customers and teams. When he is not at the computer tinkering away at the next software update Cameron enjoys cycling, long hikes with his family and dog, and a wide variety of other hobbies to keep himself busy.
As a Project Coordinator, Carlos will be supporting One Firefly handling administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management, monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Carlos has had experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. During his free time, he enjoys recording music, traveling, and spending time with family.

David is working on getting his bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the Universidad de las Americas Puebla. David has experience within the administrative field and the marketing industry working for diverse businesses. When David is not behind a computer, he likes to spend time with his rescue dog, Clowe. David also enjoys visiting his family, spending time with friends, and stuffing his face with his favorite sweet treat, ice cream.
As a Lead Writer, Debora is responsible for overseeing the writing team, coordinating with other departments and supporting clients by producing engaging web content in the form of blogs, press releases, newsletters and case studies. During her time at One Firefly, she has also worked as a content writer and content manager. A graduate of the University of Miami, she worked as a sports editor before joining One Firefly in 2015. When not in the office, Debora spends most of her time watching sports -particularly soccer-and cuddling with her adorable lab terrier mix, Holly.
The Product Manager is principally tasked with ensuring effective client communication and support across all aspects of the agency. Elizabeth is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and efficiency of all pre-production across all projects. Interacting with clients on a daily basis, the Client Relationship Manager fields and facilitates all customer service inquiries and requests, and does her best to ensure that client satisfaction levels are maintained.

He also provides ad hoc assistance with special projects for the various operational teams. Sheri works out of One Fireflys main office in Coral Springs, FL. Sheri also enjoys watching traveling by narrowboat shows such as Foxes Afloat and Travels by Narrowboat. Sheri enjoys watching cartoons and gardening as well.

Stephen has worked at both large corporations and family run business but the passion for AV stemmed in 2009. Stephen created a small AV division under his father's IT company to provide services to both commercial and residential customers alike. During those 8 years, he continued working for the corporations in roles of sales and support. The passion for AV then moved into a directorship role for a large electrical contractor to head up sales then sales and operations for the integration side of the business. After 4 years of leading the charge with 10 technicians, commercial and residential sales team and security administrator; Stephen left to help the custom integration businesses with digital marketing and branding at One Firefly. When Stephen is not in the office, he enjoys traveling the world, golfing, spending time with family/friends and playing a few rounds of Golden Tee.

As the Director of People Operations, Tina is focused on the entire employee experience; from talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, employee relations, benefits administration, workforce planning and culture building. With 15 years of experience recruiting and working in human resources, Tina is passionate about implementing programs and policies that engage employees and encourage them to develop and grow in their careers. A Chicago native, Tina graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and shortly after moved to Austin, TX to enjoy warmer weather and be able to participate in outdoor activities year round. She loves living near the Texas hill country, where she enjoys camping and hiking with her family.
As Sales Coordinator, Tori works within our sales department to facilitate conversations with our clients on how One Firefly can help grow their business and improve overall operational effectiveness. An Ohio native, Tori relocated to Florida in 2018 for the year-round weather and proximity to the best theme parks. She attended Miami University of Ohio for her undergraduate degree and received her MBA in Marketing from Capella University. When not working, she enjoys game nights with friends and family, volunteering at her local animal shelter and exploring alleged haunted hot-spots.

She has a master's degree in Communication and Digital Media with extensive experience in different sectors from entertainment and music to NGO and healthcare. Valerie is a bass player, photographer, published writer, and foodie. So outside of work, you'll probably find her at a concert or with her nose in a book and a good coffee.

As the Accounting Administrator at One Firefly, Vanessa plays an integral role in supporting the Operations department. She is responsible for completing a range of financial, administrative and logistical functions across a number of different business units. Vanessa graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences. Vanessa joined the One Firefly team in 2014, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in accounting and office administration. When not crunching numbers, she enjoys watching sports, listening to music and spending time with her family.
