J.J. is a full-time real estate professional with 14 years of experience. She prides herself in her attention to detail, her strong sense of integrity, finely honed listening skills and always remaining client-focused. She earns the trust of her buyers and sellers by knowing the real estate market, educating her clients to the process, and proving her negotiating skills. She has earned specialized designations including the ABR, SRES, and e-PRO. J.J. has a background as a professional musician. She has a Master's in Music Performance Degree from Boston University. She has performed with such legendary performers as Pavarotti, Jethro Tull, The Irish Tenors, Bjork, Anne Murray, Celtic Woman, American Ballet Theater, and K.D. Lang.

Jonathan is the tech-guru on the team. Bringing his over fifteen years of Real Estate experience to bear for his clients every day. He was featured in both The Boston Globe and The Boston Herald as a pioneering agent of drone marketing photography and video in Real Estate. He specializes in New Construction as well as Investment Real Estate, working closely with builders and developers as well as being an Investor/Developer himself. In his free time, Jonathan is also a musician, performing with the likes of The Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, The Masterworks Chorale, and The Metropolitan Chorale, to name a few. He's even performed with JJ Tanzer!

Kurt has honed his expertise in the areas of Real Estate marketing, negotiating, staging, and the analysis of market trends through almost 30 years as a Broker and Manager. Currently working as the non-competing Managing Broker of the Concord Raveis office, he works through referral. Kurt has decades of experience as a successful local agent providing top shelf real estate service to his clients throughout Lexington, Concord and surrounding towns since 1991.
