Adam Will is a serial entrepreneur and investor in Wellness, Medical Technology, Hospitality and Real Estate sectors. Bringing nearly 20 years of business leadership and a proven record of accomplishments with multiple S&P 500 companies, Adam focuses on strategic collaborations & growth for The Vida Group.
Having past served as the Executive Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific as well as being recruited by Canon Medical Systems as Vice President to establish a new division of Human Performance & Sports Medicine, Adam is passionate about health and well-being both professional and personally.
Adam lives in Nashville, Tennessee, where he previously served on the Mayors Health Care Council, the Nashville Leadership Healthcare Council, and held the position of Chairman for the American Cancer Society Distinguished events. He is active on the boards of multiple not-for-profit organizations, where he focuses on venture philanthropy enabling the organizations to become sustainable. For fun he enjoys golf, water sports, outdoor activities, and wellness.
Dana has more than 30 years of healthcare experience starting as a Registered Nurse in 1990 before joining the Vida-Flo team as Executive Vice President. Her leadership and executive roles include directorships in Quality, Risk, & Case Management, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer in several hospital settings; Senior Director for Hospital Operations for Kaiser Permanente, Colorado; and Corporate VP for Clinical Operations and Chief Quality Officer. She also is an adjunct professor for A.T. Still University (ATSU) of Health Sciences, teaching in the doctoral and master's-level health administration programs.
In addition to a degree in nursing, Dana holds an undergraduate degree in Health Services Management, as well as Master's and Doctoral degrees in Health Administration. Dana also maintains board certification in Case Management since 1998. Dana and her husband Tom live in Franklin, Tennessee.
Dr. Howard Aubert is a board-certified Urologist specializing in hormone imbalances and is also a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Aubert graduated cum laude from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga. He attended medical school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee where he graduated with High Honors. Dr. Aubert completed a general surgery internship and Urology residency at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Aubert then moved to Nashville and his began practice. Dr. Aubert quickly developed a vested interest in nutrition and its effects on fitness, sports and disease.
He is a former Crossfit competitor and coach of over 12 years. For the past 10 years Dr. Aubert, has been using his knowledge as a medical physician, along with research, blood work, and lab results to develop comprehensive hydration and supplement protocols for clients. He practices what he preaches by living a very active lifestyle, with daily workouts, and hobbies of cycling, skiing, hiking, and water sports.
Parker Turner has nearly twenty years of experience in both an ownership and executive capacity across a wide range of industries, most notably: mission-critical technology services, consumer discretionary healthcare, and various real estate ventures. He has vast shareholder and operational experience in both institutional and non-traditional private placement investments. Parker's current entrepreneurial aspirations include a passion for health and wellness concepts aimed to improve personal health optimization and quality of life for all demographics, making him a key fit for the Vida Group team.
Parker is a graduate of Elon University (BA) and the Warrington School of Business - Univ. of Florida (MBA). He currently resides in Sarasota, Florida.
As the CEO of The Vida Group, a medical management partnership, Michael Haley leads a dynamic team of professionals whose focus is to provide leadership, management, and guidance to operators of health and wellness clinics. He is an energetic, vibrant professional with a tireless work ethic, creating an environment of success everywhere he goes.
Michael is a native of Alabama and a longtime resident of Tennessee. He attended Belmont University, where he studied marketing and business administration. After graduation, he built his professional career, starting in sales roles, where he demonstrated his ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and fully grasped the intricacies of business development. Through connections he made in medical sales, Michael was inspired to become an entrepreneur, where he connected in a partnership to deliver an IV Hydration health and wellness start-up. In over seven years of this highly successful partnership, Michael has led to the growth and development of multiple business units with Vida Group.
In his free time, Michael enjoys international travel, honing his culinary skills, and avidly educating himself in preventive healthcare and anti-aging concepts.
