Not only does this course teach students how to cultivate a daily meditation practice but it also dives into the psychology, biology and neuroscience of meditation... We are a modern meditation school that runs daily classes of breathwork, sound work, meditation, Qigong, EFT Tapping and more. Our classes, courses and workshops are a modern take on practices that have been around for thousands of years. All our 30 or 60 minute classes are suitable for new and experienced meditators.
