Andrea Brogger has served as Chief People Officer of the company since April 2020, after serving as Global Vice President, Human Resources since June 2018. Prior to these roles, pshe served as Global Leader of People and Engagement within PeopleScout since December 2016, after serving as Director, Compensation and Benefits for the company since January 2011. Before joining the company, Ms. Brogger served in a variety of compensation-related roles at Microsoft, Russell Investment Group, and Weyerhaeuser.

Caroline Sabetti has served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of TrueBlue since March 2023. A forward-looking leader committed to supporting organizational transformation, she is inspired to be part of a team that delivers big results and by the opportunity to empower future leaders. Sabetti is passionate about raising brand awareness and telling TrueBlue's story as a Force for Good for the candidates, associates, clients, and communities it serves, while shining a light on the people who enable TrueBlue's mission.
With TrueBlue since 2002, Sabetti most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for PeopleScout and PeopleReady, and Senior Vice President of Communications for TrueBlue. Over her tenure, she has supported each of TrueBlue's business segments, spending 14 years with PeopleManagement before joining PeopleScout in 2016 as Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications. Prior to joining TrueBlue, Sabetti spent five years at Kelly Services where she gained experience across all aspects of staffing operations and sales.
In 2022, Sabetti was recognized by Ragan and PR Daily with a 2022 Top Women in Communications Award and won a Platinum TITAN Business Award for Marketing Executive of the Year and a SILVER GLOBEE for Marketing Excellence of the Year. In 2021, Sabetti won a Silver Stevie for Woman of the Year in the Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations category.
Sabetti serves as TrueBlue's Enterprise Risk Management Reputation Liaison. She holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
McHugh brings more than 25 years of experience in building world class software solutions for businesses and consumers. As Vice President of Technology for PeopleReady, his passion is creating a culture of technology excellence across the enterprise and delighting customers and associates with innovative software solutions that connect people with work. Prior to joining PeopleReady, McHugh served as Vice President of Technology for PeopleScout where he led a global technology team building Affinix™, an award-winning, best-in-class technology platform for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). McHugh has also held various executive technology roles at CSG International, a leading provider of enterprise revenue management and customer engagement solutions for the telecommunication industry. He holds a B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

With 25 years of leadership experience, Quinn leverages her knowledge and expertise to ensure that customers receive the skilled tradespeople or qualified drivers they need to keep their businesses moving forward. Her passion for making a difference in people's lives by connecting them with work has led to many successful partnerships between customers looking to grow and members of a skilled workforce who deserve great opportunities.
Known for her collaborative leadership, she has received several honors and accolades, including Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Global Power 150 and Women in Trucking Association's (WIT) Top Women to Watch list over multiple years. Quinn sits on the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) Board of Governors. Under her leadership, Centerline has twice been named one of the Top Companies for Women to Work for in Transportation by Women in Trucking and a 2021 Top Workplace by Energage.

Kristy Willis has served as President of PeopleReady since March 2023. Before joining PeopleReady, Willis spent nearly 20 years with the Adecco Group, most recently in the role of Senior Vice President for the company's Western Division, where she was responsible for leading sales, service delivery, fulfillment, operations and financial management.
Willis has appeared on the Staffing Industry Analysts' prestigious Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list multiple times. In 2022 she was ranked No. 2 on the World Staffing Awards Leaders to Watch list. She also won the SILVER GLOBEE in the Female Executive of the Year category and the Silver Stevie® Award for Woman of the Year in Sales.

During her six-year tenure with ADP, she was responsible for a broad portfolio of products spanning HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition and management, and mobile applications. Before ADP, Tuohy served as senior director of product development at CNN Digital for eight years, responsible for website and mobile product management.

Karlitz started as a recruiter with CLP Resources in 2001 and joined PeopleReady in 2005 after the company acquired CLP. Toby is an innovative leader who merges his in-depth construction industry knowledge with PeopleReady's organizational capabilities to provide the best solution for customers and tradespeople to help connect people and work.
