Stephen has lived in the Delaware Valley his entire life, growing up in Norristown, PA and currently living in Fort Washington, PA. He attended High School at Germantown Academy, where he graduated in 1999 then moved onto Ursinus College, where he earned a bachelor's in Economics in 2002. A lifelong athlete, Stephen competed in Football, Basketball and Baseball while at Germantown Academy and continued his Football career at Ursinus, where he helped lead the Bears to an appearance in the 2000 NCAA Playoffs. Stephen has harnessed and brought that competitive spirit from the playing field to the business world. Since 2004 he's enjoyed a successful and growing career in the financial services industry. He started that career as an Agent with Aflac in April of 2004 before moving onto to John Alden Life Insurance Co as a Regional Wholesaler where he earned a spot at their Top Producer Conference in 2006. In September of 2006 Stephen joined the Ondik Agency in Malvern, PA where he was given the task of building a Financial Services division. Utilizing his competitive spirit and the knowledge gained from his corporate experiences, he developed a substantial client base and is responsible for the insurance and investable assets of numerous small to mid-size business and families in the Delaware Valley. Stephen's true passion is to create financial solutions that are tailored to each individual business or family he works with. Every day, he finds new ways to better serve his clients. In 2019 he started Wissahickon Creek Advisors with that same passion and will continue to grow with the goal of making a real difference in our community. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife, Diane and daughter, Sydney.

Thomas is a native of the Philadelphia Area spending his childhood in Port Indian, PA on the banks of the Schuylkill River. He attended Visitation BVM, Bishop Kenrick High School, and graduated from Penn State University with a Major in Business and Institutional Management. After college, Thomas embarked on a career as a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America gaining full membership in 2000 and remained professional for 12 years. He has worked at several prestigious golf clubs including Pebble Beach Golf Links, Baltusrol Golf Club, Saucon Valley Country Club, Philadelphia Country Club, and Philadelphia Cricket Club. After regaining his amateur status with the USGA, Thomas made a career pivot to finance joining Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and Investment Management in Center City Philadelphia. He spent eight years with NM focusing on providing financial security solutions for individuals, families, and business. Thomas joins Wissahickon Creek Advisors with a professional skillset in Wealth Management, Life Insurance, Income Protection, Long Term Care, Annuity products, as well as Trust and Estate solutions, Collateral Assignment and Key Person contracts. His goal is to educate and serve his clients and become a steward for their family and business legacies. He currently lives in Eagleville, PA and is often found running or biking on the Schuylkill River trail or enjoying a game of golf.
