Our Prickly Pear fruits are harvested by hand from our ranch here in the Texas Hill Country. I personally handpick all our fruit to ensure only the best candidates make it into our wine. Our goal at Wild Texas Wines is to capture the true essence of our great state by delivering a one-of-a-kind flavor in these truly unique wines. We are a proud fourth-generation Veteran Owned winery... Wild Texas Wines is a winery in Texas Hill country serving one-of-a-kind prickly pear wines made from local native cactus... We are a small-batch craft winery in Sonora, Texas. You will not find the wines produced at our winery anywhere else in the world. Our fruits are harvested by our winemaker, and each is carefully selected. We harvest with sustainable and regenerative techniques that neither harms the plants nor depletes the resource for local wildlife. The fruits we harvest grow wild on ranches across the Texas landscape.
