Our aim is to provide an inclusive community through a networking platform for tailored mentoring to equip woman talent with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to advance their career... L'Oreal For Women In Science Ambassador Fund provided the seed fund to kick off development of this platform... We believe in empowering and inspiring young women to achieve ambitious goals like studying at top universities or embarking on challenging careers by bringing visibility to a wide range of young, strong and relatable female role models. The successful women you look up to were not that different from you when they started. They all went through ups and downs and had to experience many obstacles building their careers. By knowing their stories it might be easier for you to get empowered and take action to achieve what you want.
