Anne joined Winbridge SBF as the Controller and Human Resource Director at its inception in July, 2022. Prior to joining Winbridge SBF, she worked for Sustin, Bartell & Fitzgerald, Ltd, a predecessor company for eight years. She is responsible for the firm operations, reporting and human resource administration.

Brendan is a founding member of Winbridge SBF Ltd. Together with his fellow founding members, Brendan oversees the tax compliance, accounting and consulting services of the firm. He has thirty-six years of experience of public accounting experience with specialization in auditing, taxation, and business consulting to closely held companies and their owners. Prior to joining Winbridge SBF, Brendan worked for twelve years with a large-local firm. Brendan has a diversified skill-set affording him the reputation as a trusted adviser with excellent interpersonal skills. His consulting expertise includes business-coaching for business owners and other key members of their management teams, facilitation of client retreats, strategic planning sessions, as well as organization-wide team-building and education.

Debra Spaller is the Litigation Support Administrator for Winbridge's Qualified Settlement Fund Division. As a paralegal before the term "paralegal" was ever recognized, Debra Spaller has worked in the legal arena for many years, including the handling of local and nationwide class actions. Through the years, her skills as database administrator and firm administrator, as well as communication coordinator and investigator have contributed towards the success and growth of law firms across the nation. In 2021, she joined the Winbridge Qualified Settlement Fund team and since then has greatly enjoyed employing her training and skills in the QSF Division, acting as the firm's litigation support administrator, as well as coordinator.

Joe is a Founding Member of Winbridge SBF Ltd. Together with his fellow founding members, Joe oversees the tax compliance, accounting and consulting services of the firm. Joe's professional experience spans over 32 years of of public accounting experience concentrated in income tax compliance, income and estate tax planning and IRS audit mediation specific to Corporations, Private Foundations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates and High Net Worth Individuals.

Kayla joined Winbridge SBF as a manager of Tax and Accounting Services at its inception. Prior to joining Winbridge, Kayla worked as a tax manager for Sustin, Bartell & Fitzgerald, Ltd., a predecessor company for three years, and prior to that, as a tax senior with an international full-service accounting and advisory firm. In that role, Kayla worked primarily on tax preparation and planning for high net worth individuals, private companies, and their executives. She has extensive experience with pass-through entities, including multi-state and local tax compliance.

Kenneth Sustin is a founding partner of Sustin, Bartell & Fitzgerald. Before starting the firm in 1990, he was a tax partner in the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. Ken is a graduate of Ohio University, 1966, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is a certified public accountant in the State of Ohio, Ken is also a graduate of Cleveland-Marshall Law School, 1970, with a Juris Doctor Degree, is a member of The Cleveland Bar Association and licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
Rubi Gonzalez is the Qualified Funds Support Administrator for Winbridge's Qualified Settlement Fund Division. Prior to joining the Winbridge team, Rubi served as a Financial Comptroller in the United States Air Force for many years and earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2022 she joined the Winbridge Qualified Settlement Fund team and since then has enjoyed learning new skills and enhancing the knowledge she gained while serving her country.
Thomas was admitted to the Ohio Bar after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a focus on tax, estate planning, and business law. He also received his B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University in 2010.
