Worker's Ransom is a small, woman-owned honey business! All of the beekeeping, extraction, bottling, sales, marketing, and promotion is enjoyed by owner and beekeeper Sarah Meyer of Geneva, NY. Sarah manages approximately 15 honeybee hives making honey production and availability fickle due to the nature of the bees, our weather and climate, disease, and rate of sales. Worker's Ransom honey is bottled by hand into 12 oz. and 6 oz. clear glass jars with a black lid. Each jar contains single-hive honey, meaning that the honey in your bottle is sourced from a specific hive and hive box (honey super) upon that hive. The honey is never combined or mixed with any other hive boxes from that hive or with any other honey from any other hive or hive location.
