As Chief Revenue Officer, Angie leads the company's sales, corporate development, marketing, pricing and revenue management. She also oversees the company's ongoing channel and client expansion efforts into emerging warranty products and technology.
In her previous roles as Vice President of Retail Strategy at Assurant, she led the strategic design, product development and program optimization for nationwide retail companies including Lowe's Home Improvement, Harbor Freight, American Freight and Conn's Home Plus. Angie was responsible for the increasing expansion and development efforts into high-growth, emerging retail channels in both brick and mortar and e-commerce.
Prior to Assurant, Angie led the development and expansion of after sales service from operational design to technology implementation at Lowe's Home Improvement. By in sourcing the complete program management and administration of warranty services, their program grew to make Lowe's the #1 retailer in service contracts for appliances, tools and outdoor power equipment. She also oversaw the expansion of their in-home sales and installation services for the Do It For Me (DIFM) customers.
While at Maytag, she spent 20 years operating and leading successful warranty programs and developing her skills in core warranty functions such as claims management, contact centers, sales, parts supply chain, business development and client management for their largest retail and parts clients.
Angie served on the Board of Directors for Lowe's Captive Insurance and has participated in multiple corporate advisory board positions. She attended Simpson University for business administration and management while raising two successful daughters. She is passionate about mentoring female leaders and helping them to realize their full potential, hopes, dreams and aspiration.
As President of Xcelerator Group, John is responsible helping guide the entire company. As part of this, he provides a bridge between clients, potential clients and product concepts with the technology teams that will turn these visions into realities.
In technology engineering, John has helped companies with large system implementations, technology direction and implementation, and testing and quality assurance. For business acceleration, he has taken leadership positions in a variety of companies to help with strategic direction, growth, and exit strategies.

Driverless Transportation - An industry newsletter that went out to over 5,000 people

Sideout Technologies - Custom Software Application Developer
John has held multiple corporate advisory board positions, including Modus Create, Registria, Three Pillar Software, BEST (Business Electronics Soldering Technologies), Natural Insight, TutorFind and the Fundaninos Orphanage. He was a member of the University of Richmond Customer Experience Advisory Committee.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Virginia Tech. John loves to travel especially to visit his three daughters who are spread around the US.
As the Xcelerator Group COO, Natalie has overall responsibility for solution delivery. She is the solution designer and project manager that ties clients, sales and ideas to the technology teams that deliver the solutions. She also has overall responsibility to ensure that these solutions meet the needs of users, clients and others on the business team. She is the glue and conduit that ensures everything runs smoothly and that the best possible solutions are developed.
She has 20+ years of experience in system analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, and implementation of complex software applications. She has led successful developments in a wide range of industries including the Warranty and Service Industries, Education Industry, Large Database Systems and Navy DOD Systems.
Natalie has led teams of over 75 engineers with a mixture of both on-shore and off-shore talent. She has built proficient teams and motivated them to turn business and technical vision into reality with solutions that provide exceptional business value all while meeting budget and time constraints.
Natalie has Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Natalie and her family are big baseball fans and are hoping that the Nats win the World Series again sometime soon.

Rob is an accomplished engineering leader and software architect with over 20 years of experience designing software solutions to meet diverse and complex customer and corporate needs. During that time, Rob has built exceptional teams and driven them to turn business and technical vision into reality with solutions that provide exceptional business value to both internal and external clients.
As CTO of Xcelerator Group, Rob is responsible for the architecture and overall design of our software solutions. He is the central part of core technology development and leads these in large part by writing large parts of the code himself.
Over the years, Rob has architected and developed a wide range of complex software solutions including:
Applications for "smart rifle" technology for next generation Army weapons.
The entire stack of a Connected Vehicle system that is the core solution for a number of companies in the auto and transportation industries.
The ServiceBench solution for Warranty and Service Management. ServiceBench is still the leading solution for warranty and service in the appliance, HVAC, Extended Warranty and other industries.
Rob is also an experience entrepreneur having help found numerous companies including Xcelerator Group, eTrans Systems, Sideout Technologies and ServiceBench.
Rob has Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics from George Mason University. He is a dedicated volleyball player and coach having played in the NCAA final four while at George Mason.
