David Lewis - CEO, Founder

Founder of AudienceNet, David has more than 30 years of experience in providing full-service consumer research. David has been closely involved with the application of online research methodologies, across six continents, since their earliest inception. His passion for delivering clear and actionable strategic insights has seen AudienceNet carve an increasing reputation as experts in bringing clarity to data and maximising its value through visual dissemination. As a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, a Certified Member of the Market Research Society and with a Masters in Psychology, David regularly gives guest lectures on the application of consumer research methodology, and has been published on the subject by the UK Government.

Izzy Way

Izzy Way is a graphic designer with a passion for sustainability. After studying at Leeds, she continued on to an MA in Design. Izzy has vast experience working with clients across a range of industries, in both the public and private sector with clients including Nike, NASA, Barclays, IFPI, Unilever and SC Johnson. Izzy's ability to craft a narrative with data, coupled with her design abilities make her a huge asset to the team. Experienced in both the print and digital worlds, her breadth of skills include branding, video editing, animation, illustration and UI/UX design.

Karen Mulvee - Managing Director

Karen is the Managing Director of AudienceNet and the Creative Director of Data Design, our in house visualisation team. With extensive experience in data-driven research and creative strategy, Karen leads AudienceNet in delivering actionable insights for clients across industries.

Kiri Ward - COO

Kiri sits at the heart of our business, overseeing day-to-day and future operations and keeping things running smoothly. Kiri ensures that our team delivers quality outputs to agreed deadlines, and that client needs are met. With a solid background in marketing and events management, Kiri enjoys working across a wide diversity of projects and clients. Kiri has a keen interest in the fashion industry, and publishes articles on aspects of the industry such as sustainability, trends and the impact of social movements.

Laura-Jane Taylor

Laura-Jane has worked within the consumer and social research space for more than 5 years. With a proven track record of delivering high quality qualitative research across a wide range of private and public sector projects, Laura-Jane has the position of Senior Research Executive at AudienceNet. Laura-Jane has worked on a range or projects, from wide reaching, multi-market projects for big multinational brands and organisations such as Visa, Spotify, Adidas, YouTube, Diageo to hyper-local projects for local governments and industry bodies.

Loan Nguyen

Loan is a creative designer with a flair for shaping narratives with big numbers, bold colours, clear form and fun. Loan manages the design team and liaises closely on research projects, ensuring all deliverables are tailored to the best client outcomes and truly tell the story of the data. Lo thrives on an information design challenge and has produced a variety of work for world class clients such as The Guardian, BBC, The British Museum, Transport for London, NHS and UCLH. Her varied and dynamic skill set means Loan has successfully turned her hand to a variety of briefs over the years - from hand folding origami wedding invitations to creating infographics for an award winning Guardian supplement.

Lola Brittain

Lola is an excellent analytical thinker and communicator, with a belief in the value of data-led storytelling, and experience in journalism and political campaigning. Gaining an MSc in Politics and Communications from the LSE, with Distinction, in January 2021, she joined AudienceNet shortly after. Drawing on her academic methodological training, she conducts both qualitative and quantitative research. Motivated by social and economic justice, her work focuses specifically on projects with broad societal value.

Paul Dixon

Paul has close to 20 years' experience across a multitude of consumer and social research methodologies and sectors. Having spent more than 10 years in the UK and US, running research businesses, at the start of the online evolution, Paul adopted responsibility for AudienceNet operations in Australasia, and often supports the UK team also. Paul has worked with clients such as The International Herald Tribune, Microsoft, SAB Miller, ANZ, Zoos Victoria to name just a few. In 2017, Paul also founded Australian consumer and brand agency The Interpreters.
