Over 20 years experience in driving productivity and transformation programs in the life sciences industry. I have worked in various engineering, procurement and improvement roles in the UK, USA and Switzerland, especially in the R&D field. In these roles I have built extensive global management experience having recruited staff and led programmes and teams across all regions. Most recently I was the Operational Excellence lead for Syngenta AG, a Swiss based global Agribusiness. In this role I was accountable for the overall delivery of Operational Excellence across the enterprise and built and managed a global team of over 50 operational excellence professionals, delivering in excess of $150m benefits over a two year period. Prior to this role I headed the R&D site infrastructure organisation in Syngenta, establishing a group of over 300 FTEs spread across 130 R&D sites managing all site services and maintenance, including a capital investment program of $130m p...
