Joining Encore in 2013 as Operations Manager responsible for the Managed Service division, Andy was promoted to Operations Director in 2017 off the back of record year's of growth and significant development. Overseeing new business development, site implementations and projects, existing client delivery models and the welfare and development of the infrastructure of the division, Andy has grown Managed Services into a division turning over £32 million a year through 2018 and growing. Developing value added solutions through progressive and accountable contract management, the portfolio of clients now spans across the worlds of 3PL logistics and warehousing, food manufacturing, print and manufacturing. Ultimately responsible for the delivery within Managed Services, Andy was appointed to be a full Board Director in January 2019.

Cindy Gunn - CHRO

Cindy left the music industry to commence work in recruitment in 2000; working as a Senior Administrator for Staffline before joining Encore in only its second week of active trading in January 2002. Cindy first helped man reception and cover general admin duties whilst setting up a payroll system and processes. This developed over time into a management role; overseeing the payroll and admin teams, before diversifying into the world of HR. More recently, as HR Manager, Cindy set up a HR team and Internal Recruitment function whilst qualifying at CIPD level 7 in her ‘spare' time! Whilst she has been involved at Board level for some time, initially taking minutes and eventually developing into a contributory role, Cindy received her promotion to HR Director in February 2019.

Ed Vigars - COO

Starting in Recruitment at the age of 21, Ed was a graduate uncertain of what career path to follow. However, he secured a role in recruitment for a national agency and embarked on some hard yards and long hours, winning contracts and finding candidates in Logistics and Manufacturing in Coventry and Rugby. 20 years later, serving 18 of them with Encore, Ed has risen through the ranks from Consultant to Operations Director. Now, Ed is responsible for the strategy and delivery of 16 Industrial and Driving divisions spanning all 10 office locations at Encore Personnel. During Ed's tenure at Encore, he has supported 400+ clients, ran over 700 temps out of a singular branch and generated in excess of £1 million personal sales GP. Ed's promotion to Director in January 2020, followed significant growth in the Industrial sector he was responsible for; overseeing an EBIT improvement from £770,000 to over £1.2 million in the last five years. Ed is passionate about the development of people and overcoming the modern recruitment challenges businesses face.

Louise was promoted to Technical Operations Manager in 2017 and took the responsibility for all five Engineering/Energy Locations as well as the two Professional Service Divisions. Louise has directed her areas of responsibility to achieve year-on-year growth and was the highest profit yielding Division for the company in 2018 - Achieved through innovation and improved efficiencies ultimately resulting in increased productivity and sales. Recognised for her invaluable contribution to Encore over her 14-year career, Louise was promoted in February 2019 to Operations Director, reporting directly to board and is responsible for the direction and leadership of the Engineering, Energy and Professional Service Divisions.

Natalie Dawson - CFO

Natalie left school at 16 to pursue a career with Nat West, however after 3 years she left & started a temporary placement in recruitment as a Payroll Administrator in 1990. Natalie became hooked on the fast paced, energetic environment that is recruitment and worked for 3 businesses before joining Encore in 2014. She has held roles in Payroll, Credit Control & Accounts and has over 30 years experience in the industry. The first position held within Encore was as Management Accountant to assist the fast growing Managed Service Division. After a year this role was consolidated & Natalie took up the position of Financial Accountant responsible for management of the Finance Team & in 2018 this responsibility was expanded to include the Payroll Team. Alongside this busy full time role & being a mum of 3, Natalie home studied to complete her ACCA & become fully qualified March 2021. When the current FD announced her planned retirement Natalie began the transition & was appointed Finance Director to the Board in January 2022. Natalie is now directly responsible for a team of 15 people covering Credit Control (managing a ledger of £11-15m), Payroll (administering wages payments of £1.4m weekly) & Accounts (producing 60 P&L's monthly).

Pete Taylor - Managing Director

Commencing his recruitment career in London 1997; formative years were spent working for two national recruiters, holding National Sales, Regional and Location Management positions; joining Encore in January 2006 as Operations Manager responsible for the Industrial and Driving Divisions; Pete was pivotal in further development and growth of Encore's Industrial and Driving brands, culminating in his appointment to Operations Director in 2012. During this time, Pete's Industrial and Driving divisions saw turnover increase from £7.7 million in 2006 to £32.4 million in 2018. The biggest annual increase was between 2009 and 2010, which saw a 60% and 54% increase in turnover for the Industrial and Driving divisions respectively. 2019, Pete was appointed Managing Director; with principal responsibility of strategic direction for delivery of Encore's next chapter of growth and the management and direction of the Operational Directors and Senior Management Team; alongside close working with the CEO and Financial Director in safeguarding Encore's sustained success. Pete continues to serve on the executive councils of two Industry Trade bodies - The ALP (Agency Labour Providers) and the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation).
